“For the price the property was poorly resourced. Poor cooking facilities and no bathroom soap. ”

“We found the Boathouse to be an exceptional location with the jetty and fishing opportunities making a perfect short holiday for our family. Even though there are surrounding properties it still felt secluded and private. We enjoyed watching the ospreys and pelicans fishing for their dinners. Perfect hosts with all information and conveniences provided. ”

“On checking out the guy on reception was an absolute legend, my 11 years old son had left an inside rear light on and i woke to find i had a dead battery, the nrma took 3 hours to arrive before which the guy on reception helped me jump start my car and get us back on the road an hour before the nrma where due to arrive meaning we could still make it to the reptile park (the main reason for our stay) we could not find our bin within our apartment so felt a little guilty having to leave...

“On listing in never said you had to enter property through a door in house. We received this instructions after booking property. My son was greeted by some man when he entered and said he was so nervous to stay there I booked him accomodation elsewhere . I would never have booked if I new you did not have a seperate entry”

“We arrived to find there was no sofa bed as advertised and the unit only slept 4 even though it said 6. No linen for the couch cushions we had to put on the floor for the youngest kids and 4 towels for a booking for 6. Advertised pool was locked the whole time. Vacuum cleaner didn't work, dishwasher draws broken and no heating or cooling. Very poor parking situation ”

“Yes the place was clean and tidy, it was a lovely little 1 bedroom unit with a balcony overlooking the lovely pool and Spa it also had a sauna which we didn’t use the only thing I didn’t like was that it was on the first floor and I had trouble with those I had two bad falls while there but would stay there again as long as we had a ground floor unit.”
