“Do not book this motel. Our window was broken for the duration of the trip, which was addressed at arrival. We were told maintenance would come to fix it, but no one ever showed up. Someone ended up climbing in through our window at 7am, which is when we discovered the window didn’t even lock. Police were called and they talked to the staff about getting someone to come and fix the window. Our window was broken for our entire weekend trip. This situation actually took up most of our 4th of July....

“We liked everything except the toilet tissue; it was horribly thin. I would think be part of such a large chain of hotels the quality would have been a bit better.
Otherwise, everything was great.”

“Dirty rooms. Gross shower. Smell like cigarettes, even though they’re advertised as a non-smoking facility. Couldn’t even stay the night on a holiday weekend because of how horrible it smelled, and were refused a partial refund. Just stay away.”
