Questo splendido condominio con 2 camere da letto e 1 bagno per gli animali domestici si trova di fronte all'oceano e offre una vista mozzafiato sull'oceano dalla terrazza panoramica. Questo condominio fronte oceano può ospitare fino a 6 persone con 1 camera da letto matrimoniale, 1 camera con un letto a castello singolo singolo con rotelle e un divano letto a una piazza e mezza nel soggiorno. Viste meravigliose e rilassanti dalla terrazza sul tetto privata! I servizi includono 3 smart TV, una griglia a gas, Wi-Fi, aria condizionata, cucina ben attrezzata con ripiani in granito, bagno aggiornato, 4 badge da spiaggia, doccia esterna privata (non condivisa con altre unità) e 2 posti auto. Quartiere tranquillo che si trova a sud del traffico intenso ma a soli 3 minuti di auto (o 5 minuti in bicicletta) da tutto il divertimento di Beach Haven! La disponibilità e le tariffe sono aggiornate su questo sito, quindi non è necessario chiedere, ma se hai problemi a trovare le informazioni, chiama o invia un SMS. Questa struttura accetta 1 piccolo cane di peso inferiore a 40 sterline. Se hai un cane piccolo e ben educato sono i benvenuti qui! Questa unità è stata rinnovata al 100% e ha tutti i nuovi pavimenti in legno, tutti i nuovi elettrodomestici, una cucina nuova di zecca e un bagno completamente nuovo di zecca. Questo condominio annesso si trova in un edificio con vista sull'oceano con solo 4 unità, tutte su 1 piano. La nostra unità si affaccia direttamente sulla spiaggia e l'accesso alla spiaggia è sul lato dell'edificio (vedi foto). Ci sono 2 unità di fronte alla spiaggia (la nostra è una) e 2 unità di fronte alla strada. La posizione è a 2 isolati a sud del confine di Beach Haven (che si trova a Grosser St). Ogni unità ha scale di entrata separate per il proprio "piano principale" personale e la porta di ogni unità è entrata da quel mazzo privato. C'è una scala a chiocciola per la terrazza sul tetto e la scala è condivisa dalle due unità anteriori ma una volta che ti alzi alla piattaforma sul tetto c'è un divisore tra i 2 lati della piattaforma sul tetto in modo da avere il tuo spazio sul ponte sul tetto . Le immagini mostrate sono solo la sezione del ponte sul tetto.

This place is amazing. It was clean and well maintained. Most importantly, it is right on the beach and has a roof top deck that has the most amazing view.If you need a small space that gives all the benefits of being right on the beach, this is the spot.I will definitely book again!

Place was small but nice for two people. Picture of the property from the front is a little misleading. It looks like you have a view of the ocean when in fact the front is behind bushes on the dune. Can’t see the ocean unless you go on the roof.

This condo was perfect for our family of 4 and the location can't be beat! It's in a quiet part of LBI and is right on the water - you just need to walk to the upper balcony to see the ocean and to access the beach is just right around the building. It's decorated so cute - high end finishes all around. Skylights in the kitchen and bathroom make it super bright and sunny - but you can also close shades if it's too much. The air conditioner units are excellent at keeping the place cool. It's stocked with lots of kitchen stuff and there is a grill (we didn't use much of that). Parking is very easy and it's reserved for each unit (there are 4 of them in the building). We would definitely recommend this rental to anyone who wants a relaxing vacation on the water.

This was the perfect long weekend getaway! The condo was clean and updated. The view from the roof was breathtaking. The beach access was right next door! Even the dogs enjoyed it. We will definitely be back!

My boyfriend and I stayed with our dog at the lovely little gem! It was a perfect three night stay in early Nov. The location was amazing. Whitney was so kind and communication was prompt, courteous and thoughtful. Entry and departing was seamless and tge condo itself was just perfect. There were so many little modern touches. The place itself had all comfy furniture and bedding. The lower and upper porch/ deck was amazing. The sunrises and sun sets were spectacular. Thank you Whitney. We will never forget our lime in Holgate. It was absolutely perfect!

Our stay was phenomenal; extremely needed. The property Whitney guided me to was superb the lower deck, and then the upper deck was a gift from God. The sun rises in the sunsets no words can describe. The apartment was extremely modern, with everything a person could need. Creature comforts it was a five star across-the-boards.

This LBI property is in the perfect location on the beach in Holgate, a quiet residential part of the island, yet a short car ride away from shopping, restaurants and attractions. We loved having coffee on the roof top deck, watching the sunrise over the ocean. Public beach access is just steps away. The property itself is decorated beautifully and has everything in it that you need for a beach getaway. We had a great time! Would love to return!

Well equipped Condo steps from the beach! This was a weekend getaway for my daughter and I. The location couldn’t be better. Very quiet area and only blocks from shopping, amusement park and restaurants! Beautiful view of the ocean from the rooftop deck and steps from the beach. We love the fact that we were able to bring my daughter’s Corgi! We will definitely be back!

It was a stormy weekend unfortunately at the beach, but we were very cozy in this unit. Very nicely appointed with comfortable beds. The weather prevented us from enjoying roof deck but it looks like it would be great. Only complaint was door would not open easily with code which was a problem in pouring rAin. Also Netflix was difficult to access. Kept having to turn TV off and try again. May have been weather.

We’ve been staying at this cozy condo quite a few years now. We were married on the island years ago, it’s had our hearts ever since! We love off season so we usually visit early April & October. It’s the perfect location, perfect amount of space for us & our dogs love it too! And even in the off season there’s lots to do on the island! Whitney is wonderful & always helpful! Looking forward to getting back there in the fall!

The condo was just what we wanted. Clean, of course, and highly efficient. All of the necessities were there and the utilities were very modern. The beach access was literally steps away and the beach at this location is quite wide as opposed to the narrow beaches further up the Island. Many stores were closed but we still had great dining options nearby. A perfect getaway.
