Hotel vicino a Point Street Park - Providence

“This place is fantastic! The room was spacious and clean, and the location was great. The staff was also nice and helpful. I'd definitely come again!”

“The room was comfortable and the shower was great. No breakfast option available, but there is a great spot just a few steps away. Room service was quick and very good. There is a speaker in the bathroom to listen to what is on the TV. Only issue is if there is an event with the rooftop bar, you can hear the music if you are on the 5th floor. The music stoped by midnight. ”

“Struttura molto datata che avrebbe decisamente bisogno di una ristrutturazione. Stanza e bagno molto ampi e puliti ma con arredo fermo agli anni ‘80. Personale molto gentile e disponibile. Colazione inclusa con scarsa scelta di bevande e cibo.”

“Convenience to the venue for the event we were attending. The bottom of the bed sheet was dirty and not changed. In the second room, there was water on the floor when we went into the room. The staff came immediately and mopped up the water.”

“Room was spacious and more than enough room for 5 of us with use of sofa bed. Staff was super friendly and helpful answering questions et. Huge windows with lovely view made the accommodation seem that much bigger. Breakfast from 6-10am good and outdoor terrace option to eat. We attended graduation at the amica and it was an easy walk (less than 10 min) plus super convenient to lots restaurants etc. very walkable location. Would stay again.”

“La posizione è il punto di forza, vicino alle attrazioni principali e ai mezzi pubblici. Comodissimo l'adiacente parcheggio convenzionati. L'hotel è un po' old stile, conserva però il facchino dell'edificio originale, il Biltmore hotel.”

“We enjoyed our stay immensely! We are frequent travelers to Providence to attend shows at the PPAC. This is our first time at this hotel, but it won’t be our last. We love the location, as well as the friendly, professional staff. The room was immaculate. The property was undergoing major renovations while we were there, but that was fine. We look forward to returning to the Hilton when it is fully renovated!”

“Bad”

“The hotel is extremely understaffed to the point of having to wait almost an hour to check in. There was a sign at the front desk saying someone would “return soon” which is not at all helpful since “soon” tells people nothing. Once the front desk clerk retuned she was very pleasant but the people waiting were not. She told me (because I asked) that she would be alone for her whole shift. The room itself was clean which was a pleasant surprise, but the trash cans at the two entrances were...

“Camera vecchia ma decorosa, chiusa forse da tanto perche era fredda e umida. Prezzo e posizione ok per noi che siamo stati sia a newport che a providence. Non c'è servizio colazione e in camera non è possibile neanche farsi un caffè. ”

“It’s not too bad but definitely need to get rid of the cigarette smell and clean up a little. ”
