“Peaceful family friendly property”

“View was incredible!!! But that was the best thing about the place.Pictures of the property made it look much nicer than it was. The bathroom looked unfinished- the floor was concrete. The shower water was not turned on it seemed like the cabin was not ready for occupants. We were given 4 towels for the 4 of us which was fine but we only received 1 washcloth and 1 hand towel to share for the entire stay. The bedding in one of the rooms smelled a little musty. “This was such a quaint little cabin. We were right on the lake. Once we left the paved road, I was getting a little concerned. It is really hidden back in the woods, but when we pulled up, the owner was right there to welcome us. He was so nice. It was comfortable and clean. I would stay here again!”

“Seeing the stars is by itself a reason to go. The owner is amazing and so kind.”

“Definitely it’s the epitome of your old rustic lakeside cabin! I say that in a good way! Couple of things, The refrigerator door didn’t close all the way, we had to put a box in front of it to hold it closed. Maybe making some of the windows open with screens. Other than those, it was a beautiful, peaceful week!!”

“The cabin was clean. The location is sketchy but right on the water which was wonderful. The water and beach are very rocky but a a very nice view. Breakfast is not included, you receive a discount voucher for a local restaurant that ended up still being $100 for buffet two adults and two kids. Noisy neighbors at night. Views of the bridge in the pictures is deceiving, it’s far in the distance you can see the top of the bridge. I think the price is too steep for the environment it’s in, between...

“When we got here, we realized we weren’t going to be in a cabin, but actually were sharing a wall in a quadplex. Whatever. Anyways, we went inside and were excited to get started on our vacation. “Cute little log cabin cottage right on the beach! The listing says there is access to an indoor pool and two water parks which is essentially true, but they are scary looking, and not kept-up! I would only allow my enemies to enjoy those “amenities.”
