“Staff was very friendly, room was clean. Hotel is updated, has a nice pool and hot tub area. Beautiful views from lake side rooms.”

“It was a beautiful, huge room with big fluffy towels and the jacuzzi was very nice. The jacuzzi had some rust in the lines, so when I ran the jets, it made some yucky orange bubbles, but I just wiped the sides, emptied it, and refilled it. That was all it needed. I highly recommend! I didn’t use the pool, but it looked nice too.”

“The property was not well maintained and the room was filled with smell of smoke (from people smoking outside) in the morning. We literally woke up from the smell of smoke (very strong smell).”

They put the least possible effort into cleaning the balcony that I paid extra to have was a slab of chipboard with sticking up nails full of spiders. I don't think it's ever been cleaned. Beach was filthy trash everywhere.”

“I rented an Accessible Room, I am a Bilateral AKA traveler. There was a shower but the hand held shower head I could not reach if I could have used the bathroom! No wall fold down chair or shower removable chair. When questioned staff they stated that they meet ADA requirements! Yet they have violated every clause of ADA, false advertising. I could not use there breakfast amenities due to no room for someone in a wheelchair or for that matter a walker would not get through their facilities! If...
