“There’s no proper door lock for safety, the property needs renovation. Every time we open the door created noise, you can hear every conversation at the hall way and from other room. A little expensive stay base on the condition of the property.”

Maar als we aan de receptie stonden om 10h voor nog ontbijt te bestellen, kregen we een antwoord van het is maar tot 10h. Geluk dat het personeel goed en vriendelijk was. Went 2 days without replacing towels, emptying bins even though the room information advised this was daily, and had no door hanger to request services. “Staff confirmed pick up at the airport but nobody showed up. They did not even notify me that the transport was not available on that day and time. I called them and they asked me to take a taxi and they will reimburse. It is not about the money. Staff was not apologetic. Staff has no communicarion skills. They cut me off while I was still speaking. Customer service is 0% satisfactory.”
