This beautiful villa is located in a small Mediterranean village called Murvica, located just 11 km from the city of Zadar. This is an ideal place for all those who want to be close enough to the city and many beaches but still have their privacy away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Zadar is an ancient city built in the centre of the Croatian Adriatic, full of historical and cultural heritage. This location offers peace with benefits of position just outside the city centre. Everything is close from here - beach, historic architecture, restaurants, national and nature parks ... If you are looking for activity, remarkable experiences and rich cultural heritage, Zadar is a place for you. There are beach clubs, coffee bars and after midnight you can enjoy the pleasant atmosphere of night bars and clubs.



Outside plot of the villa is equipped with entertainmnet for the whole familly. In front of the villa there is a heated pool with sun beds and in the back there is a children playground with swing and slide. Next to the pool there is an outdoor grill where real cooking enthusiasts will enjoy preparing delicious meal for the whole family.  On the ground floor of the villa You will find spacious living room and a dining room with modern fully equipped kitchen. On the ground floor there is also one bedroom with en suite bathroom and two separate toilets. On the first floor there are other three bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. All bedrooms are equipped with king size beds, TV and air conditioning. With four king size beds, Villa Zrinchi can comfortably accommodate 8 persons. For more entertainment, villa is equipped with table footbal and table tennis.
