“This is the second time we stayed at this property. Karla is a wonderful and responsive host. Eating breakfast on the lanai was a great way to start the day. The property is the perfect size a for a couple. The kitchen has everything you need. We can’t imagine staying anywhere else on the Hilo side of the island.”

“This is an out-of-the-way gem (but easy to get to). Clean, and close to shore to hear waves crashing. Host was superb! Unit was smaller than expectation. Hard to use luggage rack and move around. Not so certainly about "see whales and dolphins" - but maybe it was wrong time of year. Checking and communication with host was great (5/5)!”

“We had a very unfortunate incident with our rental car near the property and Erin and Elias were so incredibly kind and helpful. In addition to providing materials to help get us up and running, they also brought us apple bananas and sleepytime tea to calm our nerves. What a perfect example of the aloha spirit!The room was comfortable, the coffee was strong, and the water pressure in the shower was perfect! We even got to try a chili pepper from their garden!What could have been a near disaster...

“Nice little condo, stocked with most things you would need in a kitchen and bathroom necessities. Only complaint would be floors and counters were dusty and we needed to clean floors and wipe counter tops and furniture down. But other than that enjoyed staying there, very close to Hana bay.”

“Very clean and updated room that fit our family of five comfortably. The host provided great communication throughout our stay, which made everything easy and stress-free. The shower pressure was a bit low, and the property itself looked a little sketchy at first glance, but don't let that deter you. Once inside, the room was well-maintained, comfortable, and exactly what we needed. Overall, a great stay and a good value. Thank you Joe & Cindy!”
