“These pictures are totally misleading. This is not a nice place, the outdoor area is especially dirty and not safe to walk it. We thought we would have our own hot tub. NO, it is a long, unsafe walk from the unit and the water looked milky, not clean. It is so dark at night and there are no night lights, so I had a serious fall, still bruised a week later.”

“We had a dreamy stay at Pu'u O Hoku Ranch! We really enjoyed slowing down and enjoying each other's company in a beautiful setting. Coming from the hustle and bustle of Oahu, it was exactly what we were looking for. We spent countless hours hanging out by the lodge pool and soaking up the old Hawai'i vibe. “Hot tub was dirty and room was overall in poor condition. ”

“Everything was horrible!!! Cab driver couldn't find the address... he Googles Gooogle Maps, called 2 people from his company.... you have NO PHONE NUMBER to call for these emergencies!! We didn't get there as no one knew where to go... why? NO PHONE NUMBER!! Never again!! I have to pay for something I've never used.”

“Amenities wasn’t that great”

“We were really looking forward to the hot tub and it was the main reason we booked this place. When we looked at it, it was cloudy and dirty. We later found out it was broken. We ended up not staying either of the two nights we booked here. It seems fair to get a some refund since the hot tub was broken.”
