Hotel vicino a Polk City City Hall - Des Moines

“Second time staying here and I'm so glad I found a nice, safe hotel for a great price! It's nearby the interstate and very modern. I will keep staying here when I'm in the Des Moines area.”

“Room was clean. All dispensers were full. Had kleenex. King bed was clean and comfortable. TV was decent size. Very nice change from inns we stayed at down south!”

“First staff could not figure out I had already paid for the room, Second could not figure why the key card for the room i booked was not working took 20 minutes to finally switch to a different room. Was supposed to be in 122 got 121. Third found out that pictures online are 100 percent better than actual property, meaning get inside and everything was lets say aged. Fourth found out pool could not be underwhelming things carved into inside pool like 420 and other trashy symbols and cleaning...

“Staff was very rude, specially the receptionist who checked me in, I showed up on time and he said I couldn’t check in because the room wasn’t ready which I understand but at the same time is their responsibility to have it ready by check in time, at that point I was already upset but what upset me a lot more is the way he was talking to me, very rude and prepotent. Also the bed makes noise every time you move which is annoying when you’re trying to sleep. ”

“I've been here for a month or so now with I issues the staff is friendly, they leave you to yourself and have taken care of any issues I've had right away or the next morning. as good as living in a hotel can be it's nice. wish they had coffee machines in room or downstairs ,but it's all good and a gym would be excellent but so far my that's my only complaint”

“It was a nice room but My room was not properly cleaned and I paid for two queen beds and they gave me two full beds, Also I couldn't figure out why my room smelt like a litter box and found a corona bottle under my bed but I still don't know if that's why the room smelled. Customer service was wonderful I can at least say and the hotel was very quiet and clean in and around common areas of the hotel and outside. ”

“Great place to stay. Close to everything and has great amenities like the hot tub. Breakfast was really good too as well as the espresso option for your coffee. Highly recommend it. ”
