“one of our favourite rentals in Pollensa, the closest to the main square we have stayed to date. we would recommend to others though the three levels may be too much for less less fit”

“Lovely property - location excellent. Would advise a small car as roads and corners tricky to navigate with a large car! The number of steps will be a problem for people with leg or hip problems ( trust me ). We loved the property especially the garden which is a beautiful serene area and spent many a happy hour there. Beds were very comfortable and the pillows were amazing. Karin was an excellent host and came out of her way to find us when we got lost on route! We will definitely return....

“We enjoyed staying at this very nice house. Overall the experience was good. However, there are a couple of things to mention though. It appears that this place is recently became available for VrBo. Owners have checked in a couple of times reminding when we should leave the premises and there are minor items that could be improved. Lockbox gets stuck at times, towels could be better and the fact that you would have a electric usage charge is not common but will certainly recommend the place...

“The flat is exactly what is pictured. It was very clean, smelled nice and we even got surprised by a filled fridge which made the late arrival very easy. The location close to the beach is perfect and the town and beach were not crowded (in April - looking at the ginormous hotels at the small bays this might be a different story in the summer) We had a crawling baby and had to run after him quite a lot as the outside is mainly stone, but this was to be expected. Wie auch die vorherigen Male waren alle 3 Generationen (wir, Kinder und Enkel) ausgesprochen zufrieden. We used TransUnion shuttle coach who drop off and collect from behind the nearby Cabot Hobby. Only occasional loud neighbours, bin lorries, building works across square as in any residential block, but generally lovely & quiet. Well equipped flat. Decent shower & double basins. Completely unprofessional and uncalled for, due to a poor communication issue on his side regarding payment in cash which was not stipulated in any of the communications. “My family and I (7people) stayed in Casa Maria over Christmas and had a wonderful stay. The location couldn’t have been more idyllic, set towards the bottom of the historic Calvari steps in the heart of Pollenca, close to the square. The house is large with four floors, one of which is a comfortable roof terrace with superb views over the town and the Puig de Santa Maria. The three double bedrooms and the twin are lovely, one of which has the most amazing panoramic view. There’s plenty of space...

“Villa was lovely and clean welcome pack was very appreciated. A lot of mosquitoes so would like plug in for these. Pick up for key could be located at actual property. Patricia very helpful when we needed her help. Taxi to and from property convenient. Perhaps a sign at end of road would help people locate the road especially when dark but overall we loved the villa and it’s location.”
