This spacious house is perfect for a family holiday. Distributed in two levels, it comprises of four bedrooms, a living room with a dining area, a kitchen, a terrace and two bathrooms. The perfect holiday home is equipped with a TV with , WIFI and AC. The kitchen facilities include a fridge freezer, an oven, a microwave, a toaster, a coffee machine, a kettle and a juicer. There is kitchenware and tableware. One of the bedrooms is outfitted with a double bed, the others enjoy two single beds each. Both bathrooms are fitted with bathtubs. The holiday home boasts a large private pool and a private terrace with a barbecue area perfect for some summer chillout.

Check out time is before 10:00

Changeover day: Saturday in high season.

No parties or events aloud.

No smoking indoors.

No pets aloud.

Included in the price : all utility bills, bed linen and bath towels.

Eco-tax is not included in the price and it works out at 2,20€ per person older than 16 for the first 8 days, after the 8th day it is 1,10€ for the remaining days (children under 16 do not pay)
