Bellissimo appartamento sul lungomare

Appartamento molto tranquillo, al primo piano, dispone di tre camere matrimoniali, cucina completa, lavanderia, un ampio soggiorno con vista sulla baia e una grande terrazza dove si possono ammirare i tramonti di Puerto de Pollensa, in una zona pedonale, ai margini dal mare
L'appartamento ha:
Tre camere doppie con aria condizionata.
Due bagni: uno con vasca e l'altro con doccia.
Cucina completamente attrezzata con piano cottura, forno, lavastoviglie, forno a microonde, thermos, tostapane, ecc.
L'appartamento ha Internet WiFi, TV, DVD, TV satellitare e radio e lettore CD stereo.
Il soggiorno ha grandi finestre che consentono di godere della meravigliosa vista sulla baia.
Ha una grande terrazza ideale per prendere il sole o rilassarsi.
L'appartamento Linda è una casa vacanza in uno dei posti più belli di Maiorca. La spiaggia e il mare sono a pochi minuti di distanza, e c'è solo una breve e piacevole passeggiata per la piazza principale di Puerto de Pollensa per fare shopping o ristoranti. E se vuoi allontanarti dalla spiaggia, il centro storico di Pollensa è a dieci minuti di auto.

The location is perfect and Antonio is very pleasant and helpful. However the apartment itself is very tired and poorly equipped with aircon only in the bedrooms not the main living area…which is better than none I suppose but still not what you expect for the cost. We were only left three rather old and marked towels and none for the beach. The beds were basic and uncomfortable. It’s a shame as spruced up and this would be a gorgeous apartment.

Great location, wonderful apartment.

This is a beautiful apartment at the best location in Pollensa. We enjoyed dining on the terrace and marveling at the beautiful view. Alberto is a great host and responds immediately to all requests or questions. The place is airy, well furnished. We highly recommend this VRBO.

Lovely apartment in perfect location

Lovely apartment in a perfect, quieter spot in Puerto de Pollensa along the Pine Walk - easy stroll to restaurants and shops, and a beach on the doorstep. Very easy check in, check out. Apartment has plenty of room but most of the time was spent on the balcony enjoying the amazing view. Very clean and everything we needed. Antonio our host was great. Sad to leave but will be sure to return.

Beautiful stay amongst the pine cone walk of Port de Pollenca

We stayed in the most wonderful location which for me is everything and adds to any holiday. Our host Antonio was superb and really helpful and nice. His property was in a superb location out of the busier area of Port de Pollença with access to the beautiful walk along the pine cones for evenings and and running and beach access. It genuinely had something for everyone and we were so sad to come home having been treated to wonderful views everyday from our apartment watching the sun rise. Early morning runs followed by a swim and then returning to our balcony for Mallorca produce breakfasts overlooking the sea and planning our days on the island. Would return in a heartbeat. Amazing memories and thank you to Antonio and his family for a wonderful time

Lovely property in a great spot in Puerto Pollensa. Very easy check in, check out. Very friendly hosts. Apartment with loads of room for our family. Very clean and everything we needed.

Wonderful location and beautiful apartment

We have just arrived back from a wonderful week at this villa. The location is second to none, with beaches and restaurants on the doorstep. We loved the large covered balcony and the view was amazing. Pictures did not do it justice. Antonio was on hand when necessary, although we had no need to contact him other to arrange check out time. Would definitely return.

An ideal apartment I wouldn’t hesitate to book again

It’s hard to put into words how much we enjoyed our stay at this apartment. I was almost tempted to leave it a bad review so we have no problems booking it again in the future, but I just could not do that to Antonio it was that good! It has everything you need in, what is for me, the best location on Pine Walk. Not too far from the bars and shops, but just out enough for some peace and quiet. The apartment is bright, spacious, clean, has great amenities, brilliant communication from Antonio, and I would even say the pictures do not do justice to how big it is. And the view. The view is breathtaking. An amazing place that provided an amazing holiday for us all, and somewhere that will be at the top of our list when we look to return again in the future. Thank you Antonio!

What a stunning view from the balcony of this apartment Lovely clean apartment with all that you need to stay there maybe could only be improved on with two of the three bedrooms with double beds instead of one.. Quiet spot but close enough to walk to resturants bars and shops of the resort Host checked us in the day after arrival and quickly sorted extra towels for us on request If you want to experience Puerto Pollensa at its best this the place to stay !

We, my wife, daughter, boyfriend and I, spent a great vacation in the holiday apartment. We found everything exactly as described. Everything went smoothly. We were warmly welcomed by Antonio. Antonio is very helpful and is available to give advice and assistance if you wish. The apartment is simply fantastic, everything you need is there and more. The view from the living room and from the terrace is breathtaking. We had a rental car the whole time, which we were able to park for free on the street near the entrance to the house. Parking spaces were always available there. The Pinewalk runs directly in front of the house. In just a few minutes you can stroll past the beautiful restaurants. Along the harbor. We really enjoyed our time there and will definitely come back.

Harro L. Es war alles super. Tolle Lage in ruhiger Straße. Toller Blick aufs Meer – auch vom Wohnzimmer aus. Die Wohnung ist geräumig, man konnte sich wohlfühlen. Die Kommunikation mit Antonio hat gut geklappt. Nur der von Fewo genannte code für die Haustür war falsch, Antonio hat uns bei der Ankunft den richtigen code genannt.

Fabulous location

The views out to sea are stunning and the location generally is first class, close to the beach and all amenities. The apartment is well-maintained and feels spacious. The host could not have done more in terms of communication and making our stay enjoyable. We highly recommend!

Perfect stay

We had a wonderful week at this at this perfectly placed pinewalk apartment. As we arrived I felt tears well up as I took in the view of the sea and mountains. So beautiful. There were 5 of us and the balcony easily fitted us all around the table. The balcony had two loungers also..perfect for a mid afternoon snooze!

Perfect position and wonderful view

Spent a week with family over Easter. Enjoyed the great views of the sea and the bay. The apartment had everything we needed, restaurants within easy reach and enjoyed the pine walk and calm waters. Would definitely recommend and hope to return.
