  • Can Pelut is a holiday villa in Puerto Pollensa, Mallorca with a private swimming pool. 4 Bedroom, 3 Bathroom villa with Barbecue and a Private Swimming Pool , Air Conditioning, WiFi, Smart-TV. Sleeps a maximum of 8 people



    Fantastic stone finca with beautiful mountain views in the countryside between Puerto Pollensa and Pollensa - just minutes from both towns and the sandy beaches of Cala San Vicente.



    Impressive wooden double doors give access to this wonderful country house. A spacious entrance hall with a double height ceiling and natural stone and local wood features leads through a charming archway into the open plan lounge/dining room with the stylish, fully fitted, open plan kitchen. Generous glass doors along the south and west side of this spacious area give access to the outside terrace and also allow natural light to illuminate the rooms. In total there are four bedrooms, there is one King bed room with en suite on the ground floor, and the other king bedrooms (1 can be split into singles) are on the upper floor with one ensuite and one shared bathroom.



    Outside, you will find all necessities that a house of this category provides for the discerning client: several open and covered terraces, a barbecue and a pergola with partial shade and fantastic views of the garden and the countryside. The swimming pool (12m x 6m) has a heating system and is surrounded by spacious relaxation areas. The beautifully landscaped garden with cypress trees offers plenty of privacy. The captivating stone house is equipped with air conditioning and a fireplace which provide pleasant temperatures all year round. There is also enough space to park the car and a carport in the house. The property has a water well and the water is desalinated through an osmosis system.



    The villa is perfect for living the Mediterranean lifestyle!

Fabulous villa with excellent accommodation

The villa had everything we needed. Very comfortable super king size beds, comfortable furniture inside, kitchen had all utensils we needed, except for egg cups! Outdoor furniture all 100% and comfortable. Any problems we had the management sorted it very quickly. We would love to come back and would highly recommend this villa, we had a fantastic holiday. Thank you Pool very cold sadly, we were told it would cost us 100 euros a day to heat and it would take a few days to warm up but that we would probably be disappointed. The garden paths needed a good weeding and trees could do with a trim even though gardeners did appear a couple of times.

Fabulous stay at Can Pelut

We just had a fabulous stay at Can Pelut on Mallorca. The Villa is spectacular with an amazing outside covered dining area and a beautiful outside covered sitting area. The bedrooms and bathrooms were first class and everything was so clean and perfect. The kitchen was very functional and connected so well with the living spaces. The pool area and patios were large and comfortable with good access to the sun and the shade. The pool was clean and very inviting on the hot days. Baleriac Properties was readily available for all our needs and were so helpful in planning our trip and finding the right property for us. I honestly can't think of anything left to improve.

Great villa

Can Pelut is a beautiful villa and it had everything we needed. The gardens are wonderful and the house is spacious and not overlooked. The beds are extremely comfortable, everything was spotlessly clean and the kitchen is very well stocked. Having the heated pool was a real bonus as the kids were in every day, even though it was April. We had a wonderful family holiday, thank you very much!

Beautiful villa, everything we needed - felt like a lovely family home The pool was very cold - we did raise this with Juan (as we were paying a significant amount per day for heating!!) however he responded saying that it was because the pool maintenance had been and had to top up the levels - however they came mid way through our stay and it was very cold from day 1! It was a shame, and also the pool was very cloudy and dirty. Then the pool cover kept breaking so we couldn’t close it to try and get the pool warm again! Felt like a waste of money - quite disappointing. This is our only complaint as we had paid much more to have a heated pool.
