Its excellent location allows you to reach the Plaça Major, restaurants, cafés, bakeries, shops and the famous weekly market of Pollença within a few minutes' walk. Furthermore, the beaches of Puerto de Pollença, Cala Sant Vicenç and Formentor are just a few minutes' drive away.



Distribution and comfort



On the ground floor you will find a cosy living room connected to the dining room, a functional kitchen fully equipped with microwave, dishwasher and everything necessary to prepare meals at home, as well as a small interior patio, laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer, and a complete bathroom with bathtub.



The upper floor has a double bedroom with a double bed and en-suite bathroom, a bedroom with two single beds and access to a pleasant private terrace with barbecue and views of Puig de Maria, perfect for outdoor breakfasts, sunbathing or enjoying the soft Mediterranean evenings.

During the summer months, Casa Joana is the perfect starting point for discovering some of the best beaches in northern Mallorca, practising water sports or enjoying the wide gastronomic and cultural offer in the area.



In autumn and winter, the tranquil atmosphere of Pollença, its historic streets and the spectacular natural surroundings make the house an excellent option for relaxing getaways, remote work or extended stays.



The accommodation has air conditioning with heat pump in the bedrooms, free WiFi, satellite television, bed linen and towels included. Beach towels, cot and high chair are also available upon request.
