The kitchen had every utensil you could want and good number of cups/plates etc. The location is good for proximity to Puerto Pollensa, Pollensa town, Cala Vincenc (4 lovely coves) and a day trip to the Formentor national park. The owner came and dealt with problems with the aircon as soon as it was reported. The villa is quaint and looks like a spanish home that has been in the family for generations. It doesn't have fancy mod cons, but doesn't need it. If you want a luxury feel, it's not for you, but we really liked it. Only 40 mins drive from Palma town and the airport. It is a 6 min walk from Lidl, so easy to stock up on food/drink. The owner also came to test the pool balance and was very friendly. Good, prompt comms with the agents/owners.
It was very difficult to find but the agents have promised to improve the arrival instructions. The pool is heated, but it could only be heated to 24 degrees in October (it doesn't have a cover), which meant that we didn't really use it as it wasn't comfortable. The main bed in the master bedroom was incredibly hard and gave us back ache - again a personal preference rather than a problem as such. The weather wasn't great when we were there - if it had been hotter we may have not noticed the pool temperature.
