La Vinya è una lussuosa struttura con 5 camere da letto e 5 bagni in un sito recintato di 4 acri, situato vicino a Puerto Pollenca. La casa è una miscela di stile contemporaneo e tradizione, con bellissime facciate in pietra e uno stile interno pulito. *** Guarda il VIDEO *** Gli ospiti beneficiano delle ampie terrazze con tutti i nuovi mobili, super giardini e una bella piscina a pochi passi da casa. 4 camere da letto e bagni king size al piano inferiore, 3 configurabili come letti singoli. Suite super spaziosa al primo piano con pavimenti in pietra maiorchina con bagno e doccia privati e ampio balcone. Il seminterrato contiene una sala giochi / sala TV. Dettagli come i raccordi di Hansgrohe, Villeroy & Boch e le docce Silestone dimostrano la splendida finitura. Una cucina moderna, adiacente alla terrazza ovest, con frigorifero full size ed elettrodomestici di qualità assicura una facile preparazione e pulizia del cibo. Il piano terra è accessibile senza gradini che lo rendono ideale per famiglie multi-generazione e il layout interno aiuta per l'occupazione multi-famiglia. C'è una zona di spruzzi poco profonda della piscina per bambini (sempre sorvegliati). Nuovi frutteti e aggiunte ai giardini sono stati recentemente piantati, completando alcuni deliziosi alberi secolari e creando un'incantevole aura colorata. Superbe ampie terrazze sia a est che a ovest consentono al sole di essere goduto in qualsiasi momento della giornata e offrono luoghi alternativi per mangiare all'aperto (o consentire a 2 gruppi di mangiare separatamente). Un nuovissimo pergolato e grandi ombrelloni offrono ombra per il massimo comfort e il barbecue in pietra è progettato per rendere piacevole la cottura dei pasti. Nuove installazioni wifi e aria condizionata su tutto il piano terra e primo piano. Puerto Pollenca è un breve salto a est e nella direzione opposta si trova la città di Pollenca con la sua. La Vinya è vicina e comoda per escursionisti, ciclisti e famiglie, mentre abbastanza lontano dalla strada principale per godersi la serenità dei dintorni. Nei periodi più freddi dell'anno un bruciatore a legna nel soggiorno offre un ambiente accogliente per godere delle fantastiche viste panoramiche locali. Un divano letto consente un paio di ospiti extra.

Fantastic villa

Perfect property for large groups- lots of outside space and well equipped. We hired bikes to get to and from the villa which helped as it’s quite a walk to the port in the heat.

Fantastic

We spent a week in the villa. We were a group of 10 people between the ages of 5 and 65. We loved everything. Unfortunately, the coffee machine broke – we reported it and received a new one immediately. Thank you for that. The villa is large, spacious, and clean. The only negative thing was the large number of ants – which were mainly found in the kitchen. We would come back and give it 5 stars!

Mooie ruime villa met verwarmd zwembad

Prachtig vrij gelegen groot huis. Alle voorzieningen aanwezig, zowel in de keuken, als in alle kamers en badkamers.Het verwarmde zwembad is in het voorjaar superfijn.Wij verbleven er met 6 volwassenen en 4 kinderen van 4 tot 7 jaar.Buiten zijn er 2 terrassen waar je heerlijk kunt zitten. Ook als het wat harder waait, kun je achter het huis zitten. Prachtige tafel met draaiplateau, als je gaat bbq-en.Beneden is er een speelruimte met groot tv scherm en banken.We hadden auto's gehuurd omdat je niet in de bebouwde kom zit.Kortom we hebben een super vakantie gehad.

Superb villa with everything we needed. Household stuff of good quality and and in good condition. Plenty for the children to do and keep entertained. Superb pool at a lovely temperature.Perfect location for Pollenca and Port pollenca and cycle rides. We love the area.

Eine sehr tolle Villa, für uns war das absolute Highlight der beheizte Pool. Leider hört man die Hauptstraße ziemlich deutlich - das ist aber auch das einzigste was negativ war.

Amazing!

We stayed in August and had a truly amazing stay. This villa was beautifully clean and well equipped. The layout of the villa was great as each bedroom had it's own en-suite or bathroom right next door. The rooms are so spread out that you are not all in rooms next to each other. This would be great for larger families/groups. The outdoor space also had plenty of seating areas and loungers and the pool was lovely and clean. Would definitely stay again!

Wonderful second visit

Six adults and two children particularly loved the pool and barbecue area. Table tennis and relaxed areas around the villa were perfect. Easy access to supermarket and both Old town Pollenca and Puerto Pollensa for evening meals. Wow……..fantastic time. Planning to visit again in 2025.

Fantastisch familiehuis

Wij hebben voor een week met 3 generaties mogen genieten van La Vinya. Een prachtige villa met geweldig mooie tuin, ideaal gelegen om het strand of mooie dorpen in de buurt (met vele restaurantjes) te bezoeken maar vooral om te genieten rondom het huis. Alles is aanwezig, van speelgoed voor de kinderen, ligbedden, strandlakens, een zeer goed uitgeruste keuken, slaapkamers met goede bedden en voldoende zitjes en mogelijkheden om je terug te trekken op de verschillende terrassen. Winkels op enkele minuten rijden te bereiken ( ook op zondag)! Kortom: een aanrader !!

Excellent Villa

This was our second visit to the villa. The facilities and pool are excellent. All the things are there for a comfortable visit - the only disappointment, was the lack of communication with the local property manager. We had a couple of small issues, including a broken toaster, which we wanted to report, but we had no welcome visit, or any subsequent contact from Claire! Would definitely visit again, as all the issues we had were minor!

Fabulous Villa

Myself and 3 friends rented the villa for a week. We had a fabulous time. The villa is lovely, really well equipped in beautiful surroundings. We rent a villa every year and this one is up there as one of the best. The property manager was very helpful in suggesting where to visit and helped with car hire. The owner was very responsive to all my questions prior to booking. I would recommend and we will definitely be returning.

Lovely holiday

We had a great family holiday. The house and grounds are spacious, the mountain scenery is a wonderful backdrop. The villa felt very private and secluded but still close to amenities, we could walk into Puerto Pollensa in half an hour. Everything was spotlessly clean, the kitchen modern and well equipped and plenty of towels were provided. We would highly recommend.

Expectations weren’t met.

We had such high hopes for the villa but sadly it didn’t live up to our expectations. Upon entering there was an extremely musty smell and we had to open all doors and windows which we thought would solve the problem however it became apparent that all bedrooms have damp issues, even some of the bathrooms. One bedroom was especially unpleasant but luckily we didn’t need to use it. There are several areas which need maintenance but it’s evident that nothing has really been done since the villa was new. Two of the shower cubicles need a really good clean or replacing. Some of the sun beds need replacing and the property could do with a solid roof terrace or very least replacement of the reed covering and there’s a lack of light around the BBQ area. Behind BBQ was used as a dumping ground. We had to put everything in the fridge because of ants. Fridge has many broken shelves. The swimming pool was great and the location perfect and with some major maintenance the villa could be too.

Has the potential to be outstanding but fell short

Lovely villa in a great location but the cleanliness and maintenance was not up to standard. When we pointed this out we were told this was due to a busy season on numerous occasions and nothing was actually rectified while we were there. In particular the fridge had broken shelves and was dirty, the outside table looked like it hadn't been cleaned for 6 months and when we asked the cleaner she said this wasn't one of the jobs to do. The sunbeds had exposed rusty screws where slats were broken. The general cleanliness of the kitchen was not what you would expect for the price we paid which also led to many ant invasions. Tumble dryer was broken. One of the showers constantly backed up and leaked everywhere probably because it was blocked. Another shower had mould and dirt on the shower tray and the reason given was because the shower tray couldn't be cleaned. All in all not the quality you would expect for what we paid.

Schöner Aufenthalt mit kleinen Mängeln

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt - die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war sehr gut. Bei Fragen wurde uns immer sofort geholfen. Check-In und out war auch besonders positiv! Das Haus hat eine super Lage und einen tollen Ausblick. Die Küche ist zudem perfekt ausgestattet. Leider hätte an manchen Stellen etwas besser geputzt werden können, dies kann man für die Zukunft noch verbessern. Das Haus ist schön, für volle 5 Sterne fehlte noch das gewisse Etwas.

Brilliant property for a large family gathering

We loved everything about this property including its location. Pollença and Puerto de Pollenca were only a few minutes away by car and the local supermarkets were even closer.The beautiful pool was a real hit particularly with our grandchildren. The air conditioning in all areas of the house was a real asset and essential with the very hot weather when we were there. We enjoyed all the different seating areas outside but particularly the area for al fresco dining. We all agreed that it was perfect for us all and certainly plan to come back again!

Superb Villa & great family holiday

My family of 10 were blown away by this villa. The exterior stood out to us the most with the most amazing view, best pool, comfortable furniture with everything placed perfectly. The interior is top notch as well with its excellent air conditioning, clean and comfortable beds and a very cool basement with a huge TV for the children to use. We would also like to mention the location as it was situated perfectly with a local supermarket super close by and the local town just only a 5 minute drive away! The villa catered for all ages starting for 8 years old filled with pool toys and a ping pong table. We would highly recommend this villa!

Brilliant property for all ages

We were a family of 10. 7 adults 3 young children. The layout was perfect everyone wants to come back another year. Only 10 minutes from 2 decent supermarkets, and 10 minutes from Pollensa and Puerto Pollensa but such a lovely quiet spot, it was heaven. We loved the pool and all the facilities were excellent. The children loved the play/tv room as it was nice and cool during the hottest part of the day. Could do with a sail type awning over the outdoor seating area for shade and a dozen new pegs !! Otherwise perfect

Gorgeous villa

Great size Villa & lovely gardens/pool. Well equipped with floats, toys & table tennis - also kitchen well equipped to make dinners at home. Great communications too from the management company. Would come back again!
