A corridor gives us access to the bedroom area, which comprises a double bedroom and two twin bedrooms, all of which share two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the other with a shower. All bedrooms are air-conditioned and have built-in wardrobes.



The beautiful 4 x 3 metre kidney-shaped swimming pool is surrounded by a beautiful garden and native plants. The exterior of the house is completed by beautiful covered and uncovered terrace areas, ideal for enjoying the warm Mallorcan summer nights. The property also has a ping-pong table. The swimming pool is heated during the months of April, May and October to a maximum of 26 degrees.
