Once you approach the house, following the winding single track lane, an arched covered terrace with a characteristic polished stone dining table invites you to have a sit, overlooking the kidney-shaped swimming pool with furnished sun terraces. The brick built BBQ is next to the original bread oven adjacent to the covered terrace.
The spacious hall with an inner archway leads into the living/dining room with stone walls, feature fireplace and Satellite TV. The pine wood fitted kitchen has a microwave oven, dishwasher, electric oven, fridge/freezer, twin sink unit and walk-in pantry. The doorway opens directly out onto the poolside terraces, ideal for those ice-chilled drinks. From the living room a second inner archway leads into one double bedroom with an adjacent bath/shower room. Stairs lead up to the first floor and the rest of the sleeping accommodation which comprises of two double bedrooms and two pretty twin bedrooms which share a shower room. There is also a terrace -which boasts spectacular views - an ideal place for relaxing, reading hours! This house is comfortably furnished throughout in Majorcan rustic style and has all the comfort you could possibly need.
The kidney shaped (gated) swimming pool area can easily be closed off for children. Relax on the comfortably furnished sun terraces and enjoy the wonderful views.
