VILLA BOCORIS - 15 MIN WALK TO THE BEACH

Chalet Bocoris is a bright and welcoming villa located in the peaceful area of Siller in Puerto Pollensa. Its setting combines tranquillity with convenience, with the beach, shops, restaurants and cafés all within easy reach. It is an ideal choice for guests seeking a relaxed Mediterranean atmosphere with everything close at hand.



Access to the villa is via a picturesque rural lane leading to the main entrance through a covered porch. From here, the surroundings offer mountain views and a pleasant, calm atmosphere. At the back of the house, a vine-covered terrace opens out towards the pool and connects through double patio doors to the spacious and bright living room. The fully equipped kitchen, with marble countertops, provides all the facilities needed for comfortable cooking during your stay. The property offers free wifi throughout.



The interior layout is practical and comfortable. On the ground floor, there is a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom with shower, as well as a second independent full bathroom. From the dining area, a spiral staircase leads to the upper floor, where a safety gate is installed at the top, ideal for younger guests. This level features another double bedroom, a full bathroom in the hallway and a twin bedroom. The entire house has hot/cold air conditioning available 24 hours a day.



The outdoor areas are designed for enjoying the Mediterranean climate. The pool, surrounded by flowers and plants, invites you to relax in the sun. Next to it, a brick-built barbecue with seating provides the perfect space for outdoor dinners or quiet meals in the shade.



The villa is well-located for visiting both Pollença and Puerto Pollensa. In Pollença, you can explore its traditional market, local shops, cafés, restaurants and cultural points of interest. Puerto Pollensa beach is ideal for sunbathing or trying water sports such as kayaking, windsurfing or jet skiing. Only a short drive away, Cala Sant Vicenç offers crystal-clear coves, small restaurants and a supermarket, completing a perfect selection of local amenities.

Etwas enttäuschend

Wir waren Ende März mit zwei Familien (4 Erwachsene / 2 Kinder) in der Unterkunft. Leider war der Aufenthalt etwas enttäuschend. Die Bilder ergeben den Eindruck, als ob es sich um eine moderne, gepflegte und recht neue Unterkunft handelt. Leider trügen die Bilder. Das Haus war dreckig und nur oberflächlich geputzt. Als wir aufgeschlossen haben kam uns ein sehr starker Clorgeruch entgegen, der auch nach regelmäßigem Lüften bis zum Ende nicht richtig verflogen ist. Das war sehr unangenehm. Es gab keinen Staubsauger um selbst sauber zu machen. Generell war es etwas feucht in dem Haus, was teils zu miefigem Geruch geführt hat, trotz regelmäßigem Lüften.Die Ausstattung v.a. In der Küche war in sehr schlechtem, abgenutztem Zustand. Zudem gab es für die Personenanzahl zu wenig Besteck (für 6 Personen ausgelegt, 5 Löffel). Viele Türen haben stark geklemmt und konnten teils nicht richtig geöffnet werden (Badezimmer unten, anliegend an Schlafzimmer) ohne viel Lärm zu machen - das ist nicht förderlich wenn die Kinder schlafen. Zudem hat es in dem oberen Bad sehr unangenehm gerochen (vermutlich der Abfluss).Die Außenanlage war gepflegt und war einladend - leider konnten wir diese aufgrund des Wetters und der niedrigen Temperaturen nicht nutzen.Die Bilder des Angebots sehen top aus, allerdings scheinen sie schon älter zu sein und die Unterkunft könnte wieder etwas Pflege benötigen.

Tolles Haus, mit Pool zum entspannen

Tolles Haus, schöner Pool. Mit dem Auto sind viele Sehenswürdigkeiten schnell zu erreichen.

15 min leisurely walk into town and nearest supermarket. Pool was great and cleaned regularly. Air con was good in the bedrooms as well. The bedroom layout worked perfectly for us. Great holiday thanks

Alles in allem gutes Haus und sehr gute Lage

Von den Bildern her dachten wir alle Bäder sind recht modern was nicht der Fall war. Leider sind diese auch unpraktisch aufgeteilt wie aber auch in der Beschreibung steht. (2 Zimmer oben 1 sehr kleines, älteres Bad) und 1 Zimmer + 2 große Bäder unten. Insgesamt zu wenig Ablageflächen (im Mini Bad gar keine) und im kleinen Zimmer auch sehr wenig. Die großen Zimmer sind recht gut. zu wenig Küchenhandtücher wenn man mit 7 Personen dort haust für 1 Woche. Aber die Küche und Pool sind sehr gut. sehr gute Kommunikation und der Poolzaun war super sowie der Babystuhl&Babybett, oben an der Treppe ein Babygitter aber unten leider nicht. Relativ hellhörig im Haus. Klimaanlage im kleinen Zimmer in die Jahre gekommen. Sofa/Esstischbereich modern/gemütlich. Liegestühle draußen und Poolhandtücher sehr gut. Wäscheständer leider total verrostet und unbrauchbar.

Great villa for a cycling holiday

Stayed at Villa Bocoris with 3 friends for a week in March. The location is very quiet and private. The large Eroski is a 10 minute walk and the seafront probably another 10 from there. The main accommodation is large and open plan, very spacious. The kitchen was well stocked and the separate laundry room was very handy. The downstairs bedroom is large and has an en suite and there are two further bathrooms so plenty of facilities. The outside space is fantastic. Dining and seating area and bbq all in the shade next to a pool and loungers which were perfect after a long ride. Thanks again to the team at Owl for their help supporting us during our stay.

Nice break in Port de Pollenca

We enjoyed staying at the villa. The only minor niggles were the very small size of the upstairs double bedroom, the double bed in the downstairs bedroom which rolled towards the middle, and the lack of a washing machine. Everything else was fine.
