Deluxe Villa Coloma with Huge Pool and Exclusive Holidays

  • Villa Coloma is in a great countryside setting, close to Port Pollensa. Stylish seafront bistros and restaurants in Port Pollensa and numerous water activities gives this area a unique mediterranean atmosphere. This stunning 3 bedroom villa of appr. 150m2 has wonderful views over the countryside to the mountains. Airconditioning in the bedrooms and lounge, plus free WiFi are included.

    The private swimming pool with stunning covered sitting and chilling area is one of the highlights of our beautiful Villa Coloma.
    There are 2 dining tables with chairs and a modern sofa area with BBQ facilities byside. From the pool you can enjoy views of neighbouring treetopss to the shilouette of the Tramuntana mountains.

    A private entrance leads you directly to the villa´s covered parking area, with the main entrance at the front of the house.2 cars can easily be parked.

    Simply beautiful, the light and airy lounge has a traditonal wooden beamed ceiling, as well as patio doors opening onto the exterior covered terrace and spacious pool area. The lounge is an open plan with dining area and has a comfortable seating, a flat screen, a romantic fireplace.The independent, modern and fully equipped kitchen with small dining area is also spacious, with all conforts for a relaxing stay and culinary experiences.

    All 3 bedrooms and bathrooms, have the perfect mixture between modern and mediterranean style with plenty of storage and air conditioning. They are located on the ground floor, 2 double bedrooms and one with 2 single beds. The first bedroom with double bed has an en suite bathroom with a spacious modern bath.

    In line with local energy saving initiatives, the villa has air conditioning for all units from 9pm to 8am and 2pm to 4pm.

    Cleaning service, pool towels and a welcome basket is provided for free with every reservation.

    This villa can welcome babies. It has two baby cots and two high chairs available at no extra cost. Extra ones can be placed on demand.

Exceptional !

My wife and I had a fantastic stay at Finca Coloma in early October, Pep, Marian and Claudia were such accommodating and friendly hosts. The location looking out over the landscape is beautiful, the property itself was in immaculate condition and was spotlessly clean throughout. I highly recommend staying here if you are looking for a quiet break in Mallorca. The villa is very spacious and the facilities in kitchen, lounge etc were brilliant too, really struggling to think of anything they could improve!

Wonderful villa

3 couples - really enjoyed our stay at Villa Coloma, spacious, comfortable, peaceful with fantastic shaded outdoor space. Owl assistance easily available & helpful. Highly recommend. Welcome pack to include sufficient dishwasher tabs/toilet paper/soap…. well stocked - not usually a complaint,! but no room in the kitchen to put supermarket shopping. English people like more mugs!

Sehr schöne Lage und tolle Finca mit kleinen Schwächen

Die Lage der Finca war sehr schön. Auch die Aufteilung hat uns super gut gefallen. Die Gartenanlage war groß und schön angelegt. Insbesondere der Lounge Bereich draußen hat unseren Urlaub sehr aufgewertet. auch die gut ausgestattete und großzügige Küche sowie der tolle Grill, waren ein Urlaubshighlight. Viele Steckdosen und Lichtschalter in der Finca haben nicht funktioniert. Uns wurde gesagt, dass es sich dabei um Probleme mit der Sicherung handelt. Auch das WLAN funktionierte nur im Wohnzimmer. Das ist natürlich unglücklich wenn man draußen sitzen möchte und Musik hören oder Ähnliches. Was uns auch sehr gestört hat, waren die Hinterlassenschaften der Katzen überall auf dem Rasen.Man sollte dafür Sorge tragen, dass dies regelmäßig entfernt wird.

Worth finding it!

Although the villa is quite tricky to find, it is worth it! Owl, as always provide a fantastic support service and any queries are dealt with promptly and effectively. The outside spaces in this villa are excellent and the kitchen is very well equipped. The air-conditioning is really good in two of the three bedrooms. We would happily return here! The fact that the upstairs area had not been maintained very well was a surprise to you (eg the broken sun bed, dead plants and a broken wardrobe that the owner had not repaired) and the air-conditioning was faulty until Owl’s technician repaired it. Also, I think clients might like to know that while it is in a quiet part of the resort, it is next door to a 5 bedroom Villa which can attract a couple of families with very noisy children.

Good Villa

We enjoyed our stay in Villa Coloma. The outside area was great. Fab outside table which we used every meal. However the BBQ needs replacing as broken and hopefully will be fixed asap. The outside sofa seating is only for 4 which was perfect for us, but a larger group might find this annoying. The pool was lovely a great size. Beds were also very comfortable and owners were very quick to come back to us on an issue. The Owl team were very helpful and prompt with their communication and support which was excellent. I'll definitely book with you again.

Jolie maison de caractere

Une maison agréable, très propre, joliment décorée avec des objets chinés, un jardin plaisant, une grande piscine. Tout à disposition pour cuisiner, mais aussi pour faire une ou deux machines, pour lancer le lave vaisselle, des serviettes de plage, très appréciable. Le renouvellement des serviettes à mi-semaine et le nettoyage de la piscine : deux pont également positifs. 4 bémols : -Une fuite d’eau dans une des salles de bains -une connexion wifi très aléatoire (quand on a des ados, c’est très gênant) - les éclairages intérieurs et extérieurs défaillants ne permettant quasiment pas de rester dehors le soir ni même de manger à l’intérieur (trop sombre) - des voisins très proches, même s’il n’y a pas de vis à vis, qu’on entend très bien et qui doivent très bien nous entendre également Sinon, nous avons passé un Agréable séjour

Nice property but a lot of work

We ended up really enjoying our stay however the first couple of days were very frustrating. We started out with not having any water, a pretty major issue, which was exacerbated by terrible communication from the property manager who said it wouldn’t be fixed until the coming Monday (we checked in on a Saturday) and thanking us “for our understanding” (?!) After a lot of back and forth, the owner did arrive later that day to restore the water however we had to continually troubleshoot both the water AND the electricity AND the air conditioning. I got pretty intimate with the breaker box and proficient at resetting the Wi-Fi router several times while using (doesn’t reach the kitchen or outdoor area at all and even drops you in the main living room where the router is). The other surprise upon arriving is that there are ONLY TWO air conditioning units in the main house which are located inside the bedrooms which means the rest of the house is HOT and unless you request (and pay extra) to have the air conditioning set to be run 24 hours you will be crazy hot. You must then leave the bedroom units running all day and the bedroom doors open to cool the rest of the house (somewhat, doesn’t reach the kitchen at all) or you will really suffer in the summer months. We did get the air running 24 hrs and were fine it just took a couple of days (we kept the kitchen door closed at all times to get the house close to comfortable in the summer heat but that meant the kitchen was pretty steamy). All in all the house is nice, well appointed and feels homey with the big kitchen and outdoor dining area next to the pool. We played music and enjoyed dinners there in the beautiful, cooler evenings. Fabulous scenery and area. The main problem, beyond the near continuous troubleshooting with the wi-if etc, was the really poor communication with the property management company. It became a nasty battle with them to get assistance with all the things that were going wrong. They just kept telling me “we’ve never had these problems before, we have all 5 star reviews” etc. it became clear they DGAF about helping fix the things that were happening but in maintaining their online ratings. Definitely not a 5-star property with intermittent water, electricity and spotty wi-if issues not to mention the one TV doesn’t have any streaming apps or channels in English. If they fixed these things and gave the big kitchen a deep scrub it could be a 5-star but to me it’s a 4 at best.

Claudia was incredibly helpful and had quick replies to all the little questions we had. The house was stunning, good location (need to hire a car but that makes it easier to get round the island), lovely pool and outside area, lots of amenities such as plenty of glasses, plates, cutlery. A wonderful week in the villa and we wish we could come back! BBQ difficult to work as no lighter fluidlarge coals and BBQ slightly broken. Didn’t end up using it because of this. Also, pool temperature quite cold even in the hot sun.

Great relaxing Days

My Family and myself spent some Great relaxing Days in that beautiful Vila. We enjoyed the Pool, the well treated Garden and Terrace. At Night we spent Time for dinner in the Garden and Inside beautiful decorate living Room. Nearby villlage Pollensa is really nice and Not overcrowded like others places. Overall we had some beautiful Days. Many thanks!
