VILLA FAR- 15 MIN WALK TO THE BEACH

You will fall in love with Villa Far, a typical Mediterranean Villa with big private pool and lovely gardens, situated only a 15 minutes walk to one of the nicest beaches of Port Pollensa. The spacious 180m2 Villa on 2 floors is fully equipped and lovely furnished and is the perfect holiday home for families and Friends. One of the most obvious highlight is the charming countryside setting and the outside area with a shaded terrace and BBQ and the big refreshing Pool. Air conditioning in all bedrooms & free WiFi are included.



The outside space at Villa Far is perfect for enjoying a swim or sunbathing. Relaxing or eating at the Villa you can enjoy views of the silhouette of the Tramuntana Mountains and the surrounding of the open country side. The table and chairs is shaded from the sun and the fantastic BBQ guarantees memorable grill events.



The living space has a traditional Spanish vibe and offers comfortable sofas to disconnect while watching one of your favorite TV series on the big TV flat-screen. There is also a comfortable dining area, with patio doors opening onto the terrace. The wooden kitchen is fully equipped with all devices to prepare nice meals & dinners.



All bedrooms include hot / cold air conditioning. To enhance your comfort, they are available to be used at any time during the day and night.



There are 2 bathrooms with shower and one with bathtub.



A real Spanish experience with fantastic mountain scenery, large pool and garden.



In Pollença you’ll find shopping a cultural center, the Pollença market, restaurants, cafes and bars. Traditional shops and churches are also present on this historic town. Enjoy the environment in the evening and take part of its activities. On Sundays there is a local farmers market in the main square where local vegetables, fruits and spices are abundant.



Puerto Pollensa beach is perfect for relaxing at the Sun, or for the more active, enjoy water sports like kayaking, windsurf or jet skiing.



In Cala Sant Vicenç (or simply Cala as it is known by the locals) there is a mini market, several small restaurants offering a variety of dining experiences and even a couple of bars. There are four small coves and two main areas of the beach. Cala Sant Vicenç has spectacular views and crystal clear waters.

Enchanting, Charming villa with character and a great pool

Made amazing memories this summer at the gorgeous villa far. Lovely warm welcome from the owner Guillem which kick started our holiday. Would 100% book again. A few minor points not worth mentioning but would definitely return There is so much to explore and enjoy to this fascinating villa. Great location, tranquil setting close to the centre.

Traditional Spanish property

This house was a beautiful traditional Spanish home perfect for family and friends. We enjoyed the pool and outdoor seating area very much and the fresh fig tree in the driveway! The air conditioning does not really work but we left windows open at night for a cooler breeze. The owner was excellent and gave us a tour of the property. Bathrooms need an update but overall perfect for a few nights and in great proximity to towns of Pollença, alcudia and the beach.

Peaceful with magnificent pool

Lovely rustic property with everything you need. Pool is fantastic and the main reason we chose this property. The owner was on hand to sort any issues. Lots of dogs in neighbouring properties which bark whenever you pass but only 1 tiny dog ever got out and it never got too close. The shower in the main bathroom was a a bit tricky to get right and could maybe do with an update. Lovely grounds but take mosquito repellent and bit cream! 10 min walk to Eroski supermarket and 15 mins to beach with many restaurants. Took bus to Pollença one day which was easy. Owl booking also very helpful and friendly.

Leider Abnutzungserscheinungen

Super Lage, großzügige Räumelichkeiten, toller Pool nur leider lässt die Beschaffenheit der Badezimmer und der Geschirrspülmaschine zu wünschen…. Dafür gab es dann auch keine volle Punktzahl :-(

A special place..

A beautiful property, with delightful outdoor space and scenery. It will most definitely steal your heart. My family loved the property and its position.The only thing that I really hesitate to mention, is that the bathrooms need some TLC.. Just a little bit of modernisation. Would love to stay there again.:)

Tolle Villa

Die Villa mit Pool ist schön groß, man hat Platz und alles was man braucht. Allerdings müsste sie wieder renoviert und modernisiert werden. Die modernen Fotos der Inneneinrichtung stimmen nicht ganz mit der Realität überein.

Großes Haus mit schönem Pool

Dieses Haus liegt am äußersten Rand von Port de Pollenca in einer ziemlich ruhigen Gegend. Es gibt ein paar Hunde in der Nachbarschaft, aber das Gebell hielt sich in Grenzen. Das Highlight dieses Objektes ist zweifellos der große und sehr saubere Pool inkl. Sprungbrett. Aufgrund seiner Tiefe ist er nur für Personen geeignet, die schwimmen können, denn der flachste Bereich ist schon 1,5 m tief. Der Garten ist nicht sehr groß, verbreitet aber mit seiner überdachten Veranda und den vielen Bäumen und Blumen sowie den vielen geheimen Ecken eine behagliche Atmosphäre. Im Haus selber ist praktisch nur der obere Bereich mit Wohnzimmer, Küche, den Bädern und den Schlafzimmern bewohnbar. Im Erdgeschoss gibt es noch eine Wohnküche, welche laut Besitzer als Partyraum benutzt werden kann. Aufgrund der düsteren Atmosphäre und des muffigen Geruchs haben wir diesen Raum aber gemieden. Der Eingang des Obergeschosses ist nur über eine Außentreppe zugänglich, d.h. möchte man unten im Garten essen, muss alles über diese Treppe hinuntergebracht werden. Die Küche war etwas spartanisch eingerichtet. Fehlende Utensilien haben wir meist in der unteren Wohnküche gefunden. Die Einrichtung des Hauses ist schon in die Jahre gekommen, allerdings war alles sehr sauber. In den zwei kleinen Bädern gibt es jeweils nur eine Badewanne. Die abgebildete Dusche befindet sich im unteren Außenbereich und dient als Dusche für den Pool. Leider gibt es am Pool keinen einzigen vernünftigen Sonnenschirm, den abgebildeten kleinen Schirm kann man eher als Deko betrachten. Gern hätten wir an unserem letzten Tag vor der Abreise noch ein letztes Bad im Pool genommen. Das war leider nicht möglich, da der Poolreiniger schon seit den frühen Morgenstunden vor Ort war. Sehr schade, denn das hätte man auch nach 10 Uhr machen können. Insgesamt war es aber ein schöner Urlaub, wenn auch mit ein paar Abstrichen.

Erholsamer Urlaub in der Corona Zeit

Das Haus in mediterraner Still ist groß und auf zwei Ebene geteilt: unten befindet sich große offene Küche mit dem Grill und räumlich geschloßene Küche, beide mit dem Speisemöglichkeit für 8 Personen. Oben befinden sich Schlafzimmern mit Bäder , ein Salon und eine Wohnküche. Für uns ( 2 Pare , Freunde) war die Teilung des Hauses perfekt. Das Objekt ist durch einen schönen Garten mit südlichen Pflanzen umgeben und ist von jeglichen Nachbarn gut abgegrenzt. Die malerische Gegend ist sehr ruhig.Der Pool ist sauber, lädt zum schwimmen und sonnen ein. Wir haben ein Auto in Palma de Mallorca gemietet und sehr viele Ausflüge gemacht. Das Haus hat dafür eine perfekte Lage. Die Lebensmittel kann man in Pollenca ( 3-5 min. mit dem Auto)sehr gut im Lidl oder Eroski besorgen. Wir haben einen gelungenen und erholsamen Urlaub gehabt.
