This elegant villa is located in the north of the island, just a few metres from the well-known village of Pollensa in Mallorca. It has been furnished by the owner with unique and special details that create a harmonious atmosphere. Here you can relax and enjoy your holiday together with your loved ones.

The holiday home consists of two floors, on the ground floor there are two bedrooms, the master bedroom with a double bed and en-suite bathroom, the other room has a double bed. There is also a living room, a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom. On the first floor there are two bedrooms, each with two single beds, which share a full bathroom.

All rooms are equipped with air conditioning to ensure a comfortable temperature.



The outdoor area of the holiday home has a large sun terrace with sun loungers, a covered chill-out corner and a barbecue area, so that nothing stands in the way of enjoying hours of pleasure.

In the Balearic Islands there is a tourist tax, called Ecotasa, which has to be paid for every guest over 16 years of age.

Per day and person, the tax is

from 1 November to 30 April: 0,55 euros and

from 1 May to 31 October: 2,20 euros.

From the ninth night onwards, this amount is reduced by half. The Ecotasa can be paid by credit card, bank transfer or cash. Payment is compulsory.

Location

The holiday villa is located in a quiet area, just 2 minutes by car from the village of Pollensa. The well-known beaches of Cala San Vicente 5 km away. The main attraction of Cala Sant Vicente is to enjoy the tranquillity and visit the various beaches such as Cala Barques, Cala Clara and Cala Molin. The crystal-clear waters and rock formations make Cala Sant Vicente an ideal place for diving.

In the old town of Pollença you will find numerous shopping opportunities and a variety of restaurants. There is also a large fruit and vegetable market here every Sunday.

The landmarks of the old town are the 365 steps and the Calvario, at the top of which is the small baroque chapel from the 18th century. Each step symbolises a day of the year.

Numerous cultural events and music festivals take place in the historic atmosphere of Pollença.



Puerto de Pollença, the harbour of Pollença, is located in the north of Mallorca and around 6 km from the old town. The bay offers kilometres of fine sandy beaches, some of which are protected from the wind by the Formentor peninsula. In contrast to other holiday resorts on Mallorca, the coast is not completely built up with multi-storey hotel castles. Here you will find long sandy beaches lined with pine and palm trees, a large selection of cafés and restaurants and some excellent hotels.
