Villa Murtaretas is a spacious 4 bedroom villa in a fantastic countryside setting, 10 minutes' drive from Pollensa Old Town. The town square and cobbled streets are filled with traditional restaurants, cafes and gift shops and has a great atmosphere. The house is spacious both inside and out, with accommodation spread over 2 floors, an inviting large private swimming pool and lawned garden - ideal for groups of friends or families holidaying together. WiFi and air conditioning/heating in the bedrooms are included.

Villa Murtaretas is set in the heart of the beautiful Pollensa countryside with the picturesque backdrop of the distant mountains. Puerto Pollensa offers an attractive crescent shaped beach with golden sands and the popular pine walk where you can join the locals in their after-dinner promenade. There is a stylish marina with impressive yachts moored and seafront restaurants to enjoy the fresh catch of the day. If you prefer more lively pursuits then look no further than Alcudia just over 10 minutes' drive away, where watersports on the beach or the Waterpark can be found. Villa Murtaretas has a wonderful location for exploring the North of the island and the stunning scenery of the Tramuntana mountains.

Balearics Sustainable Tourism Tax - €2.00 per person per night for guests aged 16 and over. 50% reduction for the 9th night onwards and a 75% reduction from 1 November to 30 April. You will only be charged for the first 6 guests. Payable after guest details entered during check-in.
