“Everything was next to perfect. ”

“We reserved the Deluxe room with king size bed. We called Thursday to confirm the room. We told them over the phone, we have 2 dogs. We were not given the room reserved. We were given a room with 2 single beds. The vending machine on the property was out of service. The lamp in the room was not properly assembled and would fall over easily. The staff was very unhelpful in our request and slightly apologetic about things. ”
