The 3 bedrooms, each equipped with a double bed, provide optimum space for rest. The 3 modern bathrooms add an extra touch of comfort and convenience. Air conditioning throughout the villa ensures a pleasant temperature all year round. The villa also has a first-floor office suitable for teleworking, with WIFI access.

The modern kitchen is fully equipped with a Nespresso machine, induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, pots and pans, crockery, as well as a washing machine, iron and ironing board, with access to a dedicated storage room for added convenience.

Outside, you'll find an enclosed garden with garden furniture, a barbecue and a plancha for enjoying meals al fresco. The roof terrace has a jacuzzi, perfect for relaxing while admiring the panoramic views of the Costa Blanca and Mount Ponoig. Private parking is available on the property, allowing you to park your car safely.
Residents also have access to the complex's communal swimming pool.

### Access to the villa###
Villa SolyMar is laid out over three levels to provide optimum comfort for its residents.
- First level: You enter the villa on one level through a motorised gate that gives access to a garden and a private car park. On this level, you'll find two bedrooms, including a master suite, and a study on the landing.
- Upper level: The villa has a solarium accessible from the car park, perfect for relaxing and soaking up the sun.
- Lower level: Descend to the lower level from the 1st level to discover a spacious living area comprising the lounge, kitchen and dining room. You'll also find the third bedroom and a guest bathroom. This level opens onto a new, large terrace equipped with all the garden furniture you need to enjoy the outdoors.

Access to the villa is facilitated by a connected lock and intercom. Before your arrival, we will provide you with the access codes via our traveller application, so you can settle in with complete peace of mind as soon as you arrive.

- By car: Polop is easily accessible by car. The villa has a private car park secured by a motorised gate. If you are coming from the AP-7 motorway, take exit 65 for Benidorm and follow the signs to Polop. The N-332, a main coastal road, also links the area with other major towns.

- By plane: The nearest airport is Alicante-Elche (ALC), around 65 km from Polop. You can hire a car at the airport or take a taxi to the villa in around 45 minutes.

- By train: The nearest train station is Alfàs del Pi, 7 km from the villa. There are regular trains from this station to other major Spanish cities. From the station, you can take a taxi or public transport to the villa.

- By bus: There are regular bus services to Polop and the surrounding area. Bus services are available from Alicante, Benidorm and other nearby towns. The nearest bus stop to the villa is just a few minutes away by car.
