Our brand new TV system with our 43” – 55” flat screen Smartcast TV’s uses a WiFi internet streaming system and has more than 1000 channels available to our guests in addition to streaming and device casting. For some reason your TV had disconnected from the WiFi. Our front desk staff is always available to .hlep remedy these kinds of occurances.

As noted in our previous review response, irons and ironing boards are always available upon request. The placement of the shampoo and conditioner is pretty standard in all hotels and is intended to meet the needs of the majority of guests.

We apologize for the inconvenience caused by the window vented air-conditioning units and the heating issues.Regarding the window vented air-conditioning units, the customer never said anything to our office staff while staying in the room; they were in the room for several night prior and 7 nights total and never said a word. Our maintenance team addresses these issues promptly when actually notified. In regard to the concerns about the cost of the room, we want to assure you that we take all guest feedback seriously and aim to provide a competitive accommodation rate for our area. However, we would like to address the issue concerning your dog chewing up bedspreads; damage that was not reported. We understand that unforeseen incidents can occur, but it's essential for guests to inform the front office about such matters during their stay so that we can address the situation promptly. Unfortunately, we were not made aware of the issue until after your departure.

Jason,Thank you for staying with us and sorry you didn’t enjoy your room. You did book a room without a window through Expedia. Per our policy, we sent an email notification through Expedia that you booked a room without a window and gave you the opportunity to change rooms. We have a limited number of windowless rooms that are very popular with some people as they want a very dark room for sleeping. We had plenty of lake view rooms available at the time you stayed.
