Casa com grande potencial

Os espaços exteriores que a casa proporciona bem como a tranquilidade dos arredores, permite uma semana de bastante relaxe. A casa é espaçosa, limpeza impecável e muito bem equipada a nível de louça de cozinha. O Jacuzzi é o ponto forte da casa. É extremamente agradável ter esta opção. A piscina é bastante agradável. Deveria no entanto estar indicado que é de água salgada. Existe ainda a possibilidade de jogar ténis e basket embora penso que este espaço precisa de manutenção. No geral, recomendo este espaço para umas boas férias em família e com amigos. Obrigada

Exceptionnel

Nous recherchions une villa où nous pourrions nous reposer, profiter mais aussi visiter les alentours. Et bien Chez António et Otília vous passerez des vacances idylliques, la piscine, le spa et différents canapés d’intérieur et d’extérieur permettent à chacun de passer un temps reposant et confortable. Nos hôtes sont d’une gentillesse absolue et discuter avec Emmanuel fut un plaisir.En résumé, une villa très très bien équipée (comme à la maison), magnifiquement décorée et un terrain avec des vues splendides. Idéalement située entre Porto et Lisbonne, proche Fatima, Nazaré, Tomar … Nous repartons avec plein de souvenirs et enjoués de notre premier séjour au Portugal 🇵🇹

Awesome!!

Loved my charming Quinta do Guerra experience. The house is large, comfortable and sparkling clean. The kitchen is very well outfitted. The house is made for outdoor living with multiple lounging areas, beautiful views, the sound of the wind through the pine trees and of course the pool and hot tub. An abundance of pillows and blankets invite one to take a breath and relax. The host is super helpful, professional and responsive to questions. And on top of all of that, fresh fruit, vegetables and a cake!!

Traumhaftes Ferienhaus mit viel Liebe zum Detail

Wir hatten 10 tolle Tage in dieser Unterkunft und es hat uns wirklich an nichts gefehlt. Tatsächlich war das Haus und der vor allem der Außenbereich noch viel schöner als erwartet. Die Gastgeber sind super hilfsbereit. Wir würden jederzeit wieder dorthin reisen und können es wärmstens empfehlen.

Un lieu idyllique et très calme

Par où commencer!? L'accueil, l'hospitalité et la beauté de la Quinta sont au top! Les aménagements du jardin sont tout simplement magnifique et digne d'un hotel de luxe. L'espace jacuzzi, les espaces de détentes et l'espace douche et toilettes sont parfaitement agencés et décoré avec soins. La piscine, bien qu'un peu froide car non chauffée, est parfaite par forte chaleur. La Chapelle, le potager pour les locataires et l'oliveraie sont des plus appréciable pour les hôtes. L'intérieur de la Quinta est décoré comme un boutique-hotel, tout à été sélectionné avec soins, c'est juste beau! La cuisine, spacieuse, est équipée de tous les accessoires nécessaires (il y a même de quoi préparer vos propre sushis!), elle ravira tous les cuistots amateur. Le pain est amené tous les jours par le boulanger et déposé par Oitilia sur la table au petit matin. Un panier de fruits et légumes nous attendait à notre arrivée ainsi qu'une très bonne bouteille d'huile de la maison et une bouteille de vin...tout était bon, mention spéciale au concombre qui croque sous la dent et qui sont savoureux à souhait! Tout au long du séjour, nous avons reçus les fruits et légumes du potager, un régal à chaque fois. Les chambres sont bien aménagées, disposent de grande armoire et toutes de leur propre airco. On te remercie Oitilia pour nous avoir accueillis et accompagné pendant tout le séjour, c'était parfait! On conseille aussi à tous les amateurs de vins, de faire la soirée dégustations de vins accompagnée d'un chez un ami d'Oitilia, ce fut une super soirée. Nous avons eu un gros coup de coeur pour cette superbe demeure et pensons déjà y retourner l'année prochaine!

Prachtig huis

Holiday and meeting up with family

Lovely hosts, always helpful with any problems. Complementary produce grown on their own farm. Their property was just around the corner but they always respected our privacy. Lovely weather and great time had by us catching up with family who live in Portugal.

Otilia,son papa et Antonio ont été au petit soins pour nous tout en respectant notre intimité . la maison est encore plus jolie que sur les photos,et pour les extérieurs tout est simplement génial avec la piscine,le jacuzzi et les nombreux endroits pour ce reposer. Nous avons été visiter Lisbonne et Porto en famille au départ de la gare de Pombal qui est à 15 minutes de la villa en voiture et grâce aux nombreux conseils d'Otilia et Antonio ces journées resteront inoubliables . Nous vous conseillons vivement cette location afin de passer de bons moments et de faire connaissance de propriétaires vraiment exceptionnels . Encore une fois miles merci . Sabrina,Philippe. The house is beautiful and tranquil, lovingly maintained by its warm and welcoming hosts Otilia and António. We were very happy in our three day December stay, enjoying the hottub, the lovely property and exploring the charming region. Highly recommended!

Best villa we have ever stayed in

From the moment we arrived we were bowled over with the house and gardens. The villa is well appointed and tastefully decorated, with one of the best equipped kitchens we have ever had. It had everything! The bedrooms were lovely and the beds were extremely comfortable. The pool area has been well designed and gets the sun all day and there are places to sit and lounge in the grounds that also ensure you have the sun all day. The grounds are beautiful and have been thoughtfully landscaped so there is a sense of peace and tranquility but with a big enough space for children to play. The tennis court was a bonus and racquets were provided.The spa bath was great at the end of the day and the blinds could be retracted so you could see the stars whilst sipping the excellent Portuguese wine. Beach towels were provided but so were bath robes which was a luxurious bonus.The owners had thought of everything which made it a very relaxing holiday. Otilia and Antonio were the most amazing hosts. They were warm, friendly and very welcoming. They provided a huge welcome package that included fresh produce from their garden which they topped up during our stay. They took time to show us how to work everything in the house. They even offered to chauffeur us to a local restaurant on my birthday. They gave us great information about places to visit and even booked a restaurant for us in Pombal which turned out to be one of the highlights of the holiday. I wish all villa owners were as thoughtful and considerate as they were. It was clear that they really wanted you to enjoy your holiday and that they took pride in enabling that to happen The villa is within easy driving distance of a range of activities which included beautiful beaches, river beaches, mountain villages and cultural centres. We were never short of things to do and see and it was always a pleasure to return to the villa and sit outside and enjoy the peace and quiet of the area. We loved our two week stay at Quinta do Guerra and did not want to come home. We would highly recommend it to anyone and would certainly book it again.

Erholung pur mit allem Drum und Dran

Das Haus ist perfekt eingerichtet. Es fehlt an Nichts - vor allem auch in der Küche. Alle Räume (auch die Schlafzimmer) verfügen über eine Klimaanlage. Der Garten ist wunderschön und sehr gepflegt, ebenso der Infiniti-Pool. Otilia Antonio, die Vermieterin, Ihr Mann und Ihre Familie sind sehr freundlich und unglaublich zuvorkommend. Wir waren zunächst ein wenig zurückhaltend, da die Familie gleich nebenan wohnt. Doch dies ist wirklich gar kein Problem. Im Gegenteil: Es gab Obst und Gemüse aus dem Garten, fast jeden Tag hält ein mobiler Bäcker mit seinem Wagen direkt vor der Tür und zwei Mal in der Woche auch ein Fischverkäufer. Das Haus ist sehr ruhig gelegen, genau richtig für uns. Wir waren insgesamt seeehr zufrieden und empfehlen das Haus definitiv weiter.

Too good to be true, but it IS true

Spot clean spacious villa with leasure garden, with every thinkable amenity inside and outside. The owners Clotilia and Antonio will leave you to relax en enjoy this little peace of heaven, but are on permanent stand-by for the slighest question of help. On top of that, you will find fresh bread in the morning, peaches and figues freshly plucked from the garden, local wine on the table, olive oil, eggs ..., all their own produce. To eat out, let you inform you before you choose a restaurant, because these people know every place in a wide region that is worth going to: we discoverd unforgettabe food places we never would have spotted ourselves. This place is exceptional, thanks to its warm and attentive owners. We recommend it without limitation, it is a good as it gets in this world.

Otilia and her family are a delight to deal with, making recommendations and leaving us little gifts of home grown produce. Wir (4 Erwachsene und zwei Kinder) verbrachten zwei wundervolle Wochen in diesem schönen und gepflegten Anwesen. Alles war sehr sauber und super gepfegt; es fehlte an nichts, weder im Haus noch draußen. Wir genossen den Tennisplatz, Pool, Jacuzzi und auch die neu erstellte Außendusche sowie die vielen kleinen Rückzugspunkte auf dem Anwesen. Otilia und Antonio haben uns mit vielen Köstlichkeiten aus Ihrem Garten versorgt und uns sehr gute Tips für verschiedene Ausflüge in der Umgebung gegeben. Es war super, einfach perfekt! Wir kommen gerne wieder. Liebe Grüße und Danke für alles an Otilia und Antonio und den tollen Opa

It is hard to find more words to describe how great this holiday home and, moreover, its owners - Otilia, Antonio and Miguel, are. We can only agree with all other reviews - the house is great, location perfect and the hosts are the best. We enjoyed literally every minute we spent there. If one is looking for a quiet countryside holiday, look no further. Although it's located in a peaceful and quiet location, it is close to the Atlantic ocean (fantastic beaches - 35 km), Lisbon and Porto is 1,5 hours away, different activities and supermarkets are close by. The house itself has 3 great bedrooms, excellent wi-fi, private pool and big hot tub. The house is obviously meant for 6 people to sleep in, but the outdoors and living area are great for entertaining. Everything works great, kitchen has every imaginable appliance and you will never run out of plates, glasses or utensils. But, as all other reviewers said, the best about this house is its owners - they are honest and hard-working people with true hospitality in their hearts. All three of them met us despite us arriving late at night and had purchased food for our family - it was so touching and thoughtful! They respected our privacy during all stay, but we could notice they had been taking care of all the little things to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Thank you, Otilia, Antonio and Miguel for letting us stay in your beautiful home! Many houses are great, but they lack a true heart. It was you who added to our much needed holiday something more than we could have expected. Thank You and may God bless you!

Wij hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad in de prachtige villa. Het is een mooi ingerichte villa, waar het nergens aan ontbreekt. De ruime en sfeervolle tuin met veel relax zitjes, was top! Het ontvangst door de eigenaren was zeer hartelijk en we hebben ons ontzettend welkom gevoeld. We kregen veel tips voor bezoekjes in de omgeving en elke ochtend lag er vers brood voor ons klaar. We hebben 2 heerlijke weken gehad en willen zeker terugkeren . M.van Woesik

A little bit of paradise

We stayed here as a family of five and this is by far the very best property we have ever stayed in (and we've stayed in many!). Everything from the setting to the owners' amazing service was perfect. The house is well laid out, with everything you could possibly need for a great stay, from pool towels to a great coffee machine. The air conditioning is a great addition. The outside area is fabulous - a great pool which the kids loved, a lovely garden (with pick-your-own herbs and strawberries), a tennis court, a hot tub (great at night), multiple seating areas and even a beautiful chapel as well as a windmill. But what makes this property extra special is the owners, Ottilia and Antonio. We have never met such attentive guests - although they live next door, they are never overbearing and are only present when needed. They kept us going all week with amazing vegetables from the garden, olive oil, wine, meat and lots more. On top of that, they were a fantastic source of knowledge for things to do locally (our favourites: Osso de Baleia beach, amazing and completely deserted; the Monastery at Battalha; Fatima) and they were kindness personified! We felt like we had become friends at the end of the week and we will miss them very much.

Fantastic

Otília, Antonio and Miguel were brilliant hosts - they welcomed us and supplied us with a wonderful basket of home grown fruit, veg, eggs, wine and port. The family were very helpful with information on the local area and places to eat. The villa was amazing and exceeded our expectation. Everything you needed and more was there from bath robes when you got out of the jacuzzi to fresh towels in the bathrooms. The garden was so peaceful and the infinity pool was superb. A holiday we are still dreaming about and wish we were still there. Thank you Otília, Antonio and Miguel Sara, Don and Family
