Comfy hotel property great for families
Nice property inside and out. Very friendly staff and great breakfast. Only complaint is didn’t seem like the cleaning staff was 100% thorough. Paper cup under couch and a bag with moldy bread. Despite that, would def return!

Als Familie mit Kindern war ich wirklich nur positiv überrascht. Super Restaurant für jeden was dabei. Kinder in den ca 10x5 Meter Pool rein , netter Spielplatz, Wandernöglichkeiten vor der Tür und 9 Minuten mit dem Auto zum Parkplatz Höhenglück

Für ein 4 Sterne Hotel ( und wir waren schon in vielen ) war es nicht ganz der Standard dem wir dachten. Im Zimmer hätten wir uns eine Kaffeemaschine oder zumindest einen Wasserkocher gewünscht. Und der Fernseh war in dem Zimmer auf der Seite wo das Schlafsofa zum ausziehen war, also dort wo das Kind geschlafen hat. Das Frühstück gab es erst ab 8 Uhr. ( was ist mit Leute die arbeiten müssen oder kleine Kinder haben ? ) der Pool war sehr altmodisch und die Sanitäranlagen zu dem Pool ( nur 1 Dusche ) zu wenig. Die Bedingung vom Personal trug die Maske „vorbildlich“ meistens unter der Nase oder ganz runter gezogen wenn sie vergessen haben sie wieder hoch zu ziehen wenn sie in der Küche waren ( man konnte sie sehr gut sehen da die Küche eine Riesen Schiebetür hatte ). Schön war die kleine Spielecke für Kinder.

Für unsere Gäste haben wir an der Rezeption Wasserkocher samt Kaffee und Tee, da dies nur gelegentlich von Gästen nachgefragt wird - gerne hätten wir Ihnen dies zukommen lassen. Unsere Frühstückszeiten beginnen am Wochenende ab 08:00 Uhr, auf Anfrage ist natürlich jederzeit ein früheres Frühstück möglich, was durch unsere Gäste gerne in Anspruch genommen wird. Ihre Anmerkung zum Tragen von Masken haben wir zum Anlass genommen, dies in unserem Serviceteam zu thematisieren und hier auf eine strikte Einhaltung hinzuweisen, wie dies in unserem Hause eigentlich der Fall ist. Nun würden wir uns sehr freuen, wenn Sie trotz der angesprochenen Unannehmlichkeiten unserem Hotel erneut eine Chance für einen entspannten Aufenthalt in der Hersbrucker Alb geben würden - wir freuen uns auf jeden Fall auf Sie. Un bel hôtel à la campagne, au calme...
En plein cœur de la nature, une belle chambre, peut-être un peu vieillotte. Belle salle de bains, piscine disponible pour faire quelques longueurs, sauna aussi! Parfait pour une halte d'une nuit, voire plus si on veut se promener dans les environs.

Gutes Hotel für einen Wochenendetrip
Das Hotel ist sehr schön. Sehr ruhig gelegen. Zum entspannen ist es wirklich sehr gut geeignet. Leider ist der Handyempfang gleich null.

Autentisk sydtysk hotel
Autentisk sydtysk hotel. Vi overnattede en enkelt nat. Værelserne moderniserede og knap så autentiske som resten af hotellet. Hyggelig have og rummelighed til børn. Fantastisk udsigt!
