“The times listed online were wrong for everything. We drove from out of town to come here for fun and we couldn't even use the waterpark till Friday at 4pm. So we went out that morning to somewhere else so our child could swim. Then we came back and couldn't get into our room anymore. I went downstairs and the lady at the front desk said what do you want? I told her she fixed it. I went to biffys because according to online they were supposed to be open. “Where do I start, they didn’t have a room then found one, tried to charge full price because it “has two beds, you wanted one so it costs more”.
The room? Oh gosh, the room. No trash cans, no toilet paper, wet toilet paper roll behind the bathroom door, drug paraphernalia above bathroom light fixture, and the toilet ran all night.
