Beachfront Oasis

Direct oceanfront two bedroom / two bathroom condo in Ponce Inlet offers a perfect get away for quiet beach time with stunning views. Located directly on the Ponce Inlet non-driving beach. Condo has a private pool and direct beach access. Unit is located on the 5th floor with an elevator. Condo is fully furnished. All you need is a suitcase. Come enjoy some beautiful Florida weather. King bed in the primary, one double, one twin in the secondary and one rollaway bed. The unit includes linens, beach chairs, beach towels and a cart. Power recliner, smart TVs.. Southpoint Condos.

Our favorite thing to do is sit on the porch to watch the ocean and listen to the waves. Extraordinary!

Family vacation

Ocean front haven

Beautiful ocean view and we saw lots of dolphins from the room. Condo was well stocked with everything you could need. The pool was in the sun all day and people were all kind and friendly.

Awesome!

The condo was exactly as described and shown in the pictures. It smelled so fresh and clean. The owners supplied everything you could possibly need or want during vacation - plenty of towels, beach toys, chairs, wagon, toys for the kids, etc. There was even condiments, personal hygiene products, laundry supplies, etc in the condo. The view was absolutely gorgeous! The beach and the pool were never crowded. Convenient location. Check in and out process was very easy. We had an amazing time and cannot wait to return.

Perfect Getaway

Started off with excellent communication before arrival. Check in was super easy and the view and feel of the condo was perfect to relax in after a long drive. No issues during our stay. Had some luck fishing, even had a sea turtle come out of the ocean about 50 yards from me one night fishing. We enjoyed the pool a few times during our stay. The beach wasnt crowded at all. But able to ride 10 minutes into Daytona if needed anything major. Have already recommended this condo to some friends if they are in the area.

Bliss at the beach

I have stayed in another unit in this condominium complex and both very nice. This unit, specifically, was exactly as listed and the host was readily available. I'm familiar with the area and I have been renting condos in the area for over 30 years and the condo had everything we needed, so I didn't need to bother the host.

Girls trip

First girls trip with my best friend of 40 yrs. She bea leukemia last year and this was her reward. Condo was absolutely gorgeous! Owners are so nice and very easy to contact. Thank you for sharing your condo with us, we had a fantastic time.

We will definitely be back. This condo was perfect. It had all the comforts of home. Sally was a perfect host and wanted to make sure we had a wonderful vacation. The beach was not crowded and therefore quiet and relaxing. I can't wait to return.

Awesome beach and great location!!

Listing was just as stated. Katie was very prompt with any questions. It is on a less populated section of the beach and great for families. Parking was plentiful and had zero issues!!! Definitely recommend :-)

Everything was just perfect from booking to check out.

The condo is in a great location. The view of the ocean from the balcony is just beautiful to watch the sunrise in the morning and in the evening you could walk out the door on the opposite side and get a gorgeous view of the Halifax river and the sunset. The condo is super clean and had everything you need to make our stay just perfect

Perfect beachfront experience

Everything about this condo was perfect. Plenty of parking, with many covered spots, easy access to the building, which is located close to shops and grocery but in a quiet part of the beach. The condo itself was spotless, pleasantly decorated and updated, kitchen well equipped, and having two bathrooms turned out to be quite convenient. Through text conversations while checking in, the hosts were very kind and welcoming, we felt very much at home here. This was such a pleasant stay, we will definitely be back!
