“It was a nice little house in a quiet little neighborhood. We did ride our bikes from the house to the local riverside trail with only needing to be on the main road briefly but it is really just outside the bike friendly area of Sandpoint. MTB trails are a short drive away and plenty of food/grocery options. While the windows are fairly well sound insulated it is worth mentioning that it is about 250 yards away from the major east/west rail line and get a train about every other hour throughout...
