“It was a nice little house in a quiet little neighborhood. We did ride our bikes from the house to the local riverside trail with only needing to be on the main road briefly but it is really just outside the bike friendly area of Sandpoint. MTB trails are a short drive away and plenty of food/grocery options. While the windows are fairly well sound insulated it is worth mentioning that it is about 250 yards away from the major east/west rail line and get a train about every other hour throughout...

“The property is in a great location and in a very nice neighborhood. It was a hop skip jump from my Dad's house so that was VERY convenient. Coming from Texas... we loved having the air conditioner! Close to the grocery store as well. The beds were very comfortable too. After hiking all day, coming back and soaking in the hot tub was definitely a big plus.
