“There was a loud annoying humming all day & night my first night here. The maintnnace man came up and said, "it was probably the fan on the roof". Very irritating.”

“FRONT DESK STAFF WAS HELPFUL & POLITE. BREAKFAST WAS 1* AT BEST. MOST ITEMS REMAINED EMPTY BOTH MORNINGS. THE WORKER WAS SIMPLY NOT ABLE TO KEEP UP WITH MINIMAL PATRONS. THIS LOCATION OF THIS HOTEL IS NOT IDEAL. NARROW STREETS BETWEEN APPARTMENTS TO GET IN AND OUT. LOTS OF LOUD, NEIGHBORHOOD TEENS/TWENTIES RUNNING AROUND OUTSIDE AT NIGHT. WE WON'T STAY HERE AGAIN.”

“No Wi-Fi at the 4th floor ! The connection was really bad at that floor ”

“This was definitely a get what you pay for situation. The room was dirty and smelled like it as well. There was sticky spills on the floor, hair in the tub and on the floor in the bathroom, stains on the comforter as well as burn holes. When this was brought up to staff nothing was done and we still had to pay a $50 deposit which I’m still waiting to be returned. Not recommended.”

“The hotel itself was awesome as well the staff was top notch. Only downfall is the amount of homeless out on the main road along this hotel. Which the hotel can not help. I would certainly stay here again for its warm welcome plus close proximity to the max(light rail).”
