“It all started with when we arrived and the hotel staff said we had no reservation. We showed them the printout of our reservation and the would not honor. The hotel is far from what's in the picture. It's vert dilapidated and unkempt. It smells really bad. To be honest I was planning to just check-in drop my bags and head out in search of another place. The staff also, could not speak English. “Arrival was difficult - difficulty contacting host, and on arrival they gave us a wrong room and moved us, then needed us to move again for our final night. Each apartment had wifi and a tv, and there was an AC unit in each bedroom. But there were no good instructions about using the place, no maps or helpful tools for visitors, and you needed to hunt for the single soap and 2 towels. Very basic.”
