Enjoy total comfort with your parking space right in front, your private entrance, and a lovely private terrace. You will also have access to the large tree-lined shared garden, a superb green space perfect for relaxing.
The perfect location: you are at the center of everything! Within walking distance of the historic center, its shops, and entertainment, and only 10-15 minutes from the sea and the most beautiful beaches of the Pays Bigouden. It is the ideal base to travel around and visit all of South Finistère!
With a surface area of 51 m², it accommodates 4 people.
It features:
- Private entrance with storage
- Living room with sofa, coffee table, and TV
- Open, fully fitted and equipped kitchen: oven, microwave, refrigerator, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher.
- Shower room
- Separate toilet
Upstairs:
- Bedroom 1 with a double bed (160x200) and storage
- Bedroom 2 with two single beds (90x200) and storage
