Fabuleux !

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cette belle villa de plain-pied. L'intérieur comme les extérieurs nous ont ravis. La maison est décorée avec goût, parfaitement entretenue et très bien équipée. Détente assurée !! L'accueil et les attentions du propriétaire ont été parfaits. Nous recommandons vivement cette location et espérons pouvoir y revenir au plus vite.

En arrivant on nous a informé que la clim ne fonctionnait pas depuis quelques jours. Personne ne nous en a informé d‘avance. Le problème n‘a pa pu être résolu pendant nos 14 jours de séjour. Il n‘était pas indiqué qu‘il y avait du tapis plein dans 2 chambres. Une des salles de bain est très petite, inconconfortable et mal entretenue. La piscine n‘est entretenue que 1 fous par semaine qui est insuffisant en cas de vent. Nous n‘avons reçus wu‘une seule clé pour la porte et une seule télécommande. Point positif: très belle piscine avec un grand jardin bien agencé. On aurait du nous proposer un remboursement car la clim ne fonctionnait pas. Rapport qualité prix: trop cher

Tolle Unterkunft mit schöner Außenanlage

Das Haus ist wie beschrieben und gut von den Räumlichkeiten aufgeteilt. Die Küche bietet genügend Geräte und Utensilien um selber kochen zu können. Dazu bietet sich ebenfalls super der Pizzaofen und Gasgrill außerhalb des Hauses an. An der Außenanlage gibt es ebenfalls keine Mängel. Es gibt mehrere Sitzgelegenheiten auf dem großen Grundstück verteilt, welche sich super für eine größere Personengruppe eignen. Dazu gehört ebenfalls der große Pool, welcher das absolute Highlight am ganzen Urlaub war. Die Poolbar mit der Toilette und Außendusche, machen das Ganze noch besser. Allgemein war die Unterkunft perfekt für einen entspannten und unvergesslichen Urlaub geeignet, wohin man immer wieder gerne zurückkommen würde.

Très agréable séjour

La maison et ses extérieurs nous ont tous ravis ! En cette période de canicule, la climatisation de la maison et la piscine ont été un vrai bonheur pour tous. Comme d habitude la propreté est impeccable et les équipements parfaits. Le propriétaire est extrêmement réactif et disponible en cas de problème. Bref un séjour parfait !

Reiaxing stay

The property has everything you need for a restful vacation. Especially the exterior space is very well thought, with several lounge spaces, bar at the pool , a big table for dinning under the old oak. The pool is a good size. We really enjoyed it until the weather let us down with a few rainy and colder days. The area has many sights worth visiting., calm little villages, natural sites and famous towns as Avignon, Nimes etc. We mostly though spend our time at the villa, enjoying the calm and privacy. Communication with the owner was excellent, He always responded immediately to any questions we had. I would certainly recommend this stay to friends and family.

Parfait !

C est la seconde fois que nous passons nos vacances dans cette villa, et cette année notre séjour a été tout aussi merveilleux que l année précédente. La villa est parfaitement bien équipée, d une propreté immaculée, la piscine est un vrai régal et bien sûr la climatisation bienvenue pas ces grosses chaleurs. Un grand merci au propriétaire qui est d une attention et réactivité hors pair. Nous y retournerons avec enthousiasme l année prochaine !

excellent séjour

Nous avons passé 3 merveilleuses semaines dans une villa dont la climatisation a été salvatrice en ce temps de canicule de même que la piscine, d'une propreté immaculée. La maison est très bien décorée et entretenue, propre et très fonctionnelle et agréable à vivre, la literie d'excellente qualité. Peut être faudrait il que le canapé du salon soit un peu plus confortable et grand afin que tout soit optimal. L'accueil et les attentions des propriétaires ont été parfaits. C'est une adresse que nous recommandons et dans laquelle nous retournons avec plaisir.

Un paradis de silence

Un paradis de silence, une maison bien située just au-dessus d`une colline de Pnt-St-Esprit. Nous étions une famille avec des grands-parents et de deux adolecents qui ont bien récupéré dans cette spacieuse propriété. La magnifique piscine et la maison bien meublée et très propre, était idéal pour nos vacances. Non loin de là sont des destinations intéressantes le long de l`Ardèche. Fantastic Villa - Perfect Holiday

We stayed at this beautiful villa from the 28th Aug 2018 for two weeks and had the most amazing holiday. The owners greeted us at the property and gave us such a warm welcome, we were personally shown around and given information on how everything worked. The property was spotless and had everything you could ask for when spending 2 weeks here with a family of 7!. The pool area is outstanding and the outside toilet was so handy especially with our 4 boys. Dining out poolside was just glorious every evening especially being able to see the stars on a clear night, cannot express how wonderful this property is the bedrooms are so spacious and there is ample storage for clothes, air conditioning was an added bonus and very much appreciated in the 36 degrees that we had...! The villa is very private, lovely landscaped gardens and electric gate entry which was perfect for keeping our children safe. The location of this villa was great, there is a lidl literally two minutes away which had a great selection of food for our alfresco evenings. We took our boys canoeing down the Ardeche River which was about a 30 minute drive, we also visited La Roque Sur Ceze which was beautiful however, we loved the villa so much and the kids adored the pool, so we spent the majority of our holiday here just relaxing and spending time as a family. We truly had an amazing holiday and was very sad to leave, so thank you Pascal and Isa for letting us share your beautiful villa, we hope to be able to return again one day. The Redford Family

Très belle maison spacieuse

Maison climatisée, très agréable, piscine impec. Chambres à coucher spacieuses, double lits un peu justes. Ben oui, à la maison on a un king size, donc c'est normal ;) Domaine cloturée, idéal avec le chien! Seul la cuisine est un peu datée. Bref, un séjour très agréable. Petit adresse à retenir!

Trés belle villa avec grande et belle piscine

Un très bel endroit au calme où nous avons passé une excellente semaine. Les photos sont tout à fait conformes à la réalité, la villa est parfaitement équipée. Une très belle piscine, adaptée aux grands et aux petits, l'espace détente qui l'entoure est très agréable également. Nous avons pu prendre chaque matin notre petit déjeuner sur la terrasse ensoleillée. Nous avons eu la chance à cette période d'avoir les magnifiques champs de lavande en fleurs face à la villa.( très belles photos à faire ) Nous ne pouvons donc que recommander cette adresse de vacances qui ne peut que laisser de bons souvenirs.

Très agréable séjour dans le Gard

La description de l annonce correspond parfaitement à la réalité. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour,tant à l intérieur qu’a l ‘extérieur avec la magnifique piscine La maison est très agréable et confortable,propice à la détente,tant pour les enfants que pour les adultes. Nous avons passés d excellentes vacances avec plein de ballades à faire dans le secteur et l Ardèche à quelque minutes en voiture .

Enorme déception

A notre arrivée, forte odeur d'égout, évacuation catastrophique des toilettes et éviers. Recherche origine de ces odeurs et constatation du débordement de la fosse septique. Après appel au propriétaire, débouchage par entreprise spécialisée, durant notre séjour !!! AUCUN REMERCIEMENT OU EXCUSE DU PROPRIETAIRE... Le phénomène était forcément persistant depuis quelques temps.

Ein sehr schöner Urlaub

Wir waren vom 3-10.6.17 im Haus. Es war ein wirklich schöner Urlaub . Das Haus ist sehr schön und die Vermieter sehr nett. Madame Rettig hat uns empfangen. Wichtig zu wissen wäre das sie wirklich nur französisch spricht. Aber mit Händen und Füßen bringt man das auch hin. Das Haus hat einen schönen Pool und alles was man braucht . Zum Bäcker etc. benötigt man ein Auto da es oben auf einer Anhöhe liegt. Jedoch erreicht man alles innerhalb weniger Minuten . Wir hatten wunderschöne Tage und kommen gerne wieder . Merci Natalie merci Pascal .

Parfait

Tout est parfait, une grande villa joliment décorée par la propriétaire. Pratique : deux secteurs bien distincts dans la villa : côté chambres et côté vie , Il ne manque rien au niveau de l’électroménager et de la vaisselle. La literie est neuve et très confortable. 2 salles de bains et toujours de l’eau chaude !!!! pas à calculer le matin ou le soir en fonction de EDF. La terrasse est très agréable, nous avons pu en profiter pleinement ( nous avons pu déjeuner tous les jours en terrasse). Très belle piscine, dommage l’eau est froide en avril mais c’est normal. La connexion internet fonctionne parfaitement, le terrain clôturé avec deux entrées est d’une grande sécurité pour les enfants, ils pouvaient faire du vélo sans risque, le calme règne dans cet endroit idéalement situé à moins d'une heure de voiture des divers sites touristiques de la région : Avignon, Gorges de l’Ardèche , Vaucluse etc.. Rien à dire de négatif au contraire , un tarif en accord avec la prestation proposée . C'est trop tard pour cet été, mais je réserve pour l'été prochain

Great stay at a very nice location

We really enjoyed our stay in the house. The pictures give a very accurate view on what it's like. The rooms were very spacious and theei was enough space both in door and outdoor for everyone. We were with two families: 4 adults and 5 kids of 8, 6, 5, 3 and 1,5 years old. we mostly lived outdoors next to the pool but the terras and eveyrthing was great. Also the part of the pool that is not as deep is perfect for smaller kids. It even had a toilet outside which is perfect for the kids when they come out of the pool to use without having to go into the house and making everything wet. The house was very private and although there were some other houses in the area, we never felt like we lived next to other people. Also the entire domain was gated so the kids could run around without ending up on the street. In the house everything was there what we needed. Including a kitchen with everything you need for a holiday. Also the village was very nearby. Just a short drive and also a supermarket and everything was in the area. Two points of attention: - wifi did not work well. After talking to the owner they told us we should have called them but this should just work. - the pizza oven is not so easy to use and was not clean. We did not use it since we did not want to clean everything before we could start using it. But these are really two small points. I would really recommend everyone with little kids to book this house. You will not regret it!
