Step into the bright living room, where a comfortable sofa and a flat-screen TV create the perfect setting to unwind after a day of exploring. The space opens onto a charming balcony, ideal for enjoying your morning coffee, a quiet moment in the fresh air, or an evening drink.

The fully equipped kitchen features modern appliances, including a dishwasher and coffee machine, along with all the essential cookware and cutlery needed to prepare meals with ease. Adjacent to the kitchen, the dining area provides a pleasant space for family meals or casual snacks throughout the day.

The apartment offers three comfortable bedrooms. The first bedroom features a double bed, while the other two bedrooms are each furnished with a queen bed, ensuring maximum comfort. All beds come with hotel-quality linens.

The main bathroom includes a bathtub, perfect for relaxing after a busy day, while an additional guest toilet provides extra convenience during your stay. Fresh towels are provided for your comfort.

The space is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Guests will have access to the entire apartment on the 2nd floor, including the balcony and all amenities provided. An elevator is available for easy access.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

A cozy and well-located apartment in Ponta Delgada, set in the heart of São Miguel Island. Guests can easily explore the historic city center, including Portas da Cidade, the Church of São Sebastião, Mercado da Graça, and the scenic marina along the waterfront.

The area is surrounded by cafés, restaurants, and local shops, while the island’s stunning natural attractions are within easy reach. Visitors can discover the breathtaking Sete Cidades and Furnas volcanic landscapes, relax in natural hot springs, go whale watching, or enjoy coastal viewpoints with spectacular Atlantic Ocean views.

It’s an ideal base for experiencing the culture, gastronomy, and natural beauty of the Azores.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest bus stop is just a 2–3 minute walk from the property, with regular connections throughout Ponta Delgada and surrounding areas.

The nearest airport, João Paulo II Airport (PDL), is approximately a 10–15 minute drive from the property.

As São Miguel Island does not have a railway network, travel is primarily by car, taxi, ride-sharing services, and public buses.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 2 PM, pending availability and confirmation.


There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.


Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.


For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.


Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
