“I book reservations online when I arrived at 11 PM in a taxi the hotel was completely closed and locked. I called the property. The gentleman told me that there was no more rooms available.”

“Air conditioner has good working. People are nice and good response for us. Basically room are clean but I can see small ants some of them on the table and on floor. I doesn't matter for it. In neighbor restaurant made big sounds at night to midnight.”

“One thing to note is that this hotel is part of the "red zone". We didn't run into any issues but be careful at night. It's in a happening spot and because it's a little dangerous, we didn't go out at night and the hotel is not soundproof, so it was a little hard to sleep. Our room also smelled very strongly of smoke and the hot water only lasts for about 2 minutes so take a quick shower.”

“We could not enter the property with the code. Eventually the cleaning lady let us in and we left our bags there whilst she finished her job. We returned later and still could not enter with the code. The owners did not respond to the messaging. Finally we got in as other guests were leaving the building. “The company did not respond to emails, phone calls,etc. They sent me the code to get in a few hours before I got off my cruise ship. By this time I booked a new hotel.They would not give me a refund. In retrospect I'm glad I rebooked even though I lost the money because the place is in a dangerous neighborhood and we would not have been able to walk around with day and night.”
