Hotel vicino a Ponte I.R Soekarno - Manado

“The breakfast was just okay, not much variety, and only one protein choice, usually fried. The customer service wasn't great either, and I didn't feel like I got my money's worth. On my last day, they suddenly gave me a menu and said I could pick something if I didn't like what was available. I was there for four days and never got that option before. I guess it was their last attempt to fix things, but it was too little, too late.”

“We had a wonderful stay at Four Points by Sheraton Manado! The staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful, making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. We truly appreciated the warm hospitality.

“The hotel is standard, location is good but so much noise from the street , I had to leave early , to move to another hotel .”

“First: Extra friendly and helpful staff! Good location near seaside restaurants and shopping malls. Good breakfast. But 1. Safety box didn't work before and after repairing 2. You had to tell reseption if you wanted to go to swimming pool, because it was locked. Waiting every day somebody to come and open the door. 3. “Reception staff have limited English and took almost an hour to check us in as they were unable to find our booking in the system despite presenting the Expedia booking confirmation to them. Bed sheets were stained and there is a club nearby which doesn’t stop making loud music so you don’t get any sleep ”
