Main Level:
Welcome to Paradise! You will walk in to a spacious oceanfront living room featuring a stunning decorative rock fireplace and a 65` inch smart TV. Along your wall of windows to the sea, you will find a gorgeous dining table and a buffet server with everything you could need for a perfect meal. Bathroom #1 is a gorgeous powder bath off the kitchen. The kitchen invites a gourmet chef to settle in. The Thermador gas stove boasts six ranges , girdle and a double oven. Next you`ll find a Thermador fridge big enough to hold food for your entire stay. A commercial ice maker ensures that you won`t need to run out in the middle of your day at the beach.

KING SUITE #1:
Also on this level you will find the KING SUITE main level master. This gorgeous oceanfront room has an en-suite bathroom #2, with slate shower with rainfall showerhead, jacuzzi tub and his and hers vanities. The master bedroom also has two walk-in closets, so pack all your best outfits! The king bed is covered in luxury linens and room contains another smart TV. However, the BEST part is the oceanfront balcony. Roll out of bed and have your coffee by the ocean.

Top level:
The top level ensures that your party has room to relax.
KING SUITE #2:
The top level master has a king bed that faces the ocean from its private balcony, a smart TV, walk in closet and en-suite bathroom #3, complete with marble shower with rainfall showerhead, jacuzzi tub and his and hers vanities.

Queen Bedroom #1:
This luxurious ocean view bedroom sleeps 4, two of which are in adorable ocean themed cubbies, perfect for kids but suitable for adults. Gorgeously decorated in whites, navy and coral this designer room invites you to sit back, relax, watch your smart tv or sleep in your cloud like bed.

Queen Bedroom #2:
Another designer decorated room delights you in shades of blue and white, reminiscent of your ocean view. Besides the luxury queen bed, this room contains an elegant daybed and trundle that can serve as a reading nook or sleeping area. Read your book, watch your smart TV or relax while looking at the ocean.

Bathroom #4:
Full bath with marble shower and rainfall showerhead and glass door. Oversized vanity allows plenty of space for storage.

Beach Level:
KING BEDROOM #3:
Stylishly decorated in Tommy Bahama beach them, this bedroom boasts a comfortable king bed, dresser, night tables and full size closet. Don`t miss streaming your favorite series in a flat screen smart TV.

Bonus Bedroom:
This room screams beach house! It comfortably sleeps 4, in two double beds. Tastefully decorated in blues and whites, the room also has a kitchenette, including a dishwasher and sink. You can relax, read or eat on the counter seating with an ocean view.

Bathroom #5:
Between the two downstairs bedrooms, you will find a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo.

Family Room:
This is the place to gather! Enjoy full ocean views, have a drink or watch the game in a HUGE flat screen Smart TV! Sit back and relax on our Natuzzi leather sectional or have a snack in our separate dining area. A bar and wet sink complete the set-up! You will even find loads of drink cups, plates and serve ware just for your downstairs use!

Bathroom #6:
Between the beach and the game room you will find this full bathroom, accented with tumbled marble and glass doors and a separate sink area. No need to go upstairs! Feel free to rinse off here!


Outdoors!
The beach is your new backyard! Use our propane grill to have dinner al fresco or enjoy a cocktail while the kids play on the sand. Your hosts will provide zero gravity beach chairs, beach umbrellas and beach towels for your use and convenience.

Your relaxation options are endless! The only hard part is leaving!

Guest will have full access to entire property and private beach access. The Garage is not available to guest.

Guests generally drive their own vehicles, but there is Uber and Lyft in the area.

Pursuant to the St. Johns County short term rental ordinance, the maximum occupancy of the property is 10 adults, not counting any children 12 and under
Guest must be a minimum 25 years old to rent home.

Note, that the House Rules and the Short term rental regulations prohibit events of ANY kind in your rental. Should any authorized event be hosted on site, your rental will be immediately terminated and you will be asked to vacate the property, you will also be liable for additional cleaning fees, as well as any damage incurred during the unauthorized event. Neither weapons nor fireworks may be discharged in the property. Should this occur, the rental will be immediately terminated and law enforcement will be sent to remove you from the property.

Guest of the property have an affirmative obligation to comply with the provisions of this Section 2.02.04.B.19, St. Johns County Noise Ordinance (Ord. 2015-19), and all other applicable federal, state, and local laws and ordinances.

Guests hereby acknowledge and understand the right of St. Johns County officials to reasonably inspect the premises to assurance compliance with said obligations.

All trash should be BAGGED in garbage bags, sealed and disposed of in the outdoor trash bins. Any boxes need to be broken down and placed in the blue recycle bin. Regular trash service is collected on MONDAY morning no later than 10 a.m. and recycling is collected on WEDNESDAY morning no later than 10 a.m.
