This gorgeous 4,000 sqft oceanfront home has everything you need for an unforgettable vacation. With plenty of space for the whole family, this home features:

First floor-
• Two large ocean-view bedrooms (one king room and one room with two queens) each with their own private entry to first floor porch. Both provided with 43" smart tvs
• One newly remodeled bathroom with shower
• Gorgeous billiard room with kitchenette/ wet bar offers a full-sized pool table, 55" smart tv, plenty of seating and board games for the whole family!
• Large laundry room with detergent, softener and ironing supplies provided
•Screened in porch with dining table that opens up to two large decks and private walkway to the ocean
• Propane grill located on lower deck perfecting for a night of barbecuing or preparing some great seafood!

Second floor-
• Stunning master bedroom with beautiful ocean views featuring king-sized bed, walk-in closet, attached en suite with brand new tub/shower combo. Private entrance to second floor screened in porch. 43" smart tv
• Large bedroom with ocean views, two queen sized beds, walk-in closet and a desk overlooking the ocean. Private entrance to second floor screened in porch. 43" smart tv

Clean, beautiful beach house on a quiet, private beach!!! The host was very quick to respond, when we had a couple of minor issues. Layout of the house is perfect for multiple families. The views are amazing as well. We will definitely be staying here again.

Wonderful South Ponte Vedra home

My wife and I, our boys and their friends had a fantastic Memorial Day weekend at this well appointed home right on the beach. Beautiful sunrise over the ocean and sunset overlooking Guana State Park.

Sea la wonderful

This is the perfect vacation home. We stayed for TPC and it was the perfect location. Not too far from the course and not too far from st Augustine. Very nice property. Highly recommend.

Perfect beach house stay!

Beautiful house and perfect for our stay! The house was extremely well equipped and we really enjoyed having an area downstairs for the kids to hang out, and an area upstairs for the adults. We would definitely book this house again for our next beach stay!

Thanksgiving Getaway

We had a wonderful time! This is a beautiful home, excellent location, very clean, and comfy beds. We ate at several great restaurants, had loads of outdoor adventures, and cooked several meals in the well-stocked kitchen. Highly recommend!

Great place for family with older children

We had a great stay at this property. The beach is literally outside the door and the pool table provided endless entertainment for our older kids and us. There was plenty of room for everyone to have their own space and we enjoyed waking up early to watch the sunrise together. The property is about 20 minutes away from downtown St Augustine which worked great for us. We spent a day there and then enjoyed the seclusion of the property for the rest of our stay

Labor Day

Family vacation

The house is very nice. Loved the beach decor. The kitchen is the best equipped in any house we’ve rented. The only issue we had was the huge jetted tubs in the bathroom. Getting in to take a shower was an ordeal.

House on the Beach

We wanted a house on the beach. This was exactly what we got. The house was spacious, clean and right on a lovely beach, perfect! There were beach toys for children and adults, plenty of towels and chairs. We only needed groceries everything else was there. It was quiet and we felt like we had the beach to ourselves.

Great for families of all ages

We had such a wonderful time at “Sea la vie Beach House.”. Our group of 12 ranged in age from 18-85 and there was something for everyone. Board games, beach toys,boogie boards, surfboards, sand toys, beach chairs, coolers, beach towels, umbrellas you name it, it’s all there! We only wish we hadn’t packed so much from home. (We truly didn’t need most of it) The pool table was a huge hit with everyone in our group. The view from the balconies and deck to the beach were incredible. (I suggest having your morning cup of coffee watching the sun rise from the deck. ) Kelli was very quick to answer any questions we threw at her while planning our trip. She even included a list of local restaurants for us to try including descriptions. Sea La Vie has a great kitchen that was fully stocked with all the appliances you would ever need. They truly thought of everything! We loved the split floor plan as we could “separate the early risers from the night owls” All we had to worry about was how we were going to have to leave such a beautiful place. We hope to stay again at this little slice of heaven.
