Sleeping arrangements
This 5-bedroom retreat sleeps 12 across thoughtfully arranged spaces. The third-floor primary suite offers a king bed, ensuite bath, and a private balcony overlooking the ocean. Two queen bedrooms on the same level share a hallway bath. On the bottom floor, a king bedroom sits beside a bunk room with two full-over-twin bunk beds with trundles, a small wraparound couch, coffee table, TV, and games all within one room. A full bathroom on this level includes exterior access to the back deck for an easy return from the sand.

Outdoor living
A beachfront deck leads directly onto the sand, with balconies and patio areas providing places to enjoy coastal breezes and shifting ocean views. The exterior-access bathroom adds convenience after time by the water.

Kitchen & dining
A fully equipped kitchen supports shared meals, featuring two dining tables that seat eight each and a breakfast bar for four. A grill and barbecue utensils invite relaxed outdoor cooking.

Living spaces & amenities
The main living area opens to a 60-foot balcony with shoreline views, offering comfortable seating, streaming TV (no cable), and a dedicated workspace. Additional amenities include air conditioning, heating, ceiling fans, WiFi, washer, dryer, bathroom essentials, private entrance with keypad check-in, and free parking for three vehicles.
