VILLA ELSA - LUCCA AREA

Located in the Pisa area of Tuscany, Villa Elsa is a typical farmhouse with a private swimming pool. Ideal for a relaxing holiday with family or friends, the villa lies in quiet countryside just 6 km from Pontedera, where you can find shops and restaurants. The main centres of the region including Lucca, Pisa, Siena, and Florence are within easy reach by car, as are the beaches of Versilia and the Pisa and Livorno coasts. The Teatro de Silenzio, famous for concerts performed by Andrea Bocelli, is also just 27 km away.

Villa Elsa (230 sqm) consists of a main house which develops over two levels and a dependence. The owner lives in part of the main building but is very discreet and is available to assist guests or prepare a typical Tuscan dinner (on request).

MAIN HOUSE (sleeps 6)
On the ground floor, you will find a living room (with double sofa bed, sofa, fireplace, access to the garden), a dining room (with dining table, satellite TV) and a well-equipped kitchen (with oven, fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine). On this level there is also one bathroom (with shower, tub, bidet, basin, toilet).

On the first floor, you will find a living room (with sofa, armchairs, stereo Hi-Fi), one double bedroom (with double bed), one twin bedroom (with two single beds) and one bathroom (with shower, basin, bidet, toilet).

DEPENDENCE (sleeps 2)
The dependence consists of an open plan living room (with double bed, dining table, fridge, stove top, satellite TV, access to the veranda) and one bathroom (with shower, basin, toilet).

Outside, you will find a large garden (30,000 sqm) featuring a private swimming pool exclusively for the use of guests (12m x 6m; depth 1.5m – 2.7m; open 4 May – 28 September), two outdoor dining areas (with barbecue), a children’s swing and private parking onsite.
