“My only issue is I am IHG member have been for quite some time now and I have stayed at this hotel multiple times requested late check out through the prompt that it gives you on the TV and even called in the morning for them to tell me late checkout is for IHG members only and they could give me till 1130 mind you I am a member asked the woman to double check. She said of sorry…i can still just do 1130………not to mention had two maids ENTER my room before 11 am wake me up and felt pretty invasive...
