“There was no Hot Water for washing or showers. I talked to the staff and they said it would be fixed right away, it never was. It’s hard totakeacold shower after a hot day touring. The place was being remodeled. I think it should have been closed. The muddy parking area was hard on your shoes. Only one elevator was operable. We waited 10 minutes to get down from the 8th floor. It was scary if there was an emergency it would have been a disaster. Not Good!!”

“Nice spacious room and very comfortable. Pretty quiet since Summer is off season. Only downside was it was very hot when we visited - common areas were not adequately air conditioned. Also, main restaurant/brewery was closed. We did enjoy are stay and is a nice central location in the Bershires.”

“No detail to my comfort was missed! The innkeeper had fresh baked goodies every afternoon and hot breakfast made from scratch. The historic property is beautiful and convenient to so many art galleries, sweet towns, trails and Tanglewood. Highly Recommended!!”

“The Untold is wonderfully posh and unique. The rooms are lovely, comfortable and nostalgic. The main seating area, bar, and restaurant have a feel that is texturally understandable to the senses that says "stay longer" to your nervous system.”

“Every point of contact I had at 33 Main was friendly, efficient, and accommodating. It’s evident Donna and her team run the inn with love. It’s clean and gorgeously furnished on the inside. “Lovely historic home filled with books and artwork, and many outdoor spaces to sit and enjoy the property. Breakfast was wonderful with caring attention paid to guests needs and wishes. It was also a nice time to sit and talk with other inn guests and learn of area places of interest to see/visit. Room was comfortable, not large, with small, very clean en-suite bath. Owner’s dog was sweet to greet us in the morning! Was not able to connect with wifi in our room but not a bad thing to be without...
