Situated in a vibrant neighbourhood, where you will enjoy easy access to a myriad of independent shops, restaurants & bars.

    You enter the communal hallway of the property through antique wooden double doors and follow it round until you find the pristine white front door of Park Views. Upon entering you will find a bright and spacious hallway with space for hanging coats. Various doors from this hallway lead to the rest of the apartment.

    The Circular bed

    At the heart of the master bedroom is a circular bed nestled within a turret, creating a truly enchanting and unique sleeping space. This architectural feature not only adds a sense of grandeur but also offers panoramic views across a picturesque park and the rooftops beyond. Please note that the circular bed in the property measures 180cm (5.9ft) at its longest point from top to bottom, therefore we advise against its use for couples over 6ft. There is an alternative option of a double bed in the second bedroom.

    You can also expect an attentive and responsive service during your stay, so should you encounter any problems or need advice or assistance, the team will be on-hand to help. Contact details will be shared with you when you confirm your stay.

    The minimum age required for the lead guest is 18. Please note that if you are below the age minimum your booking will be cancelled.

    Please note that upon confirming your booking, we kindly request all guests to complete a pre-check-in form as part of our security process. This helps ensure a safe and smooth experience for everyone during your stay.

    - Strictly no stag or hen parties
    - Strictly no smoking inside the property (penalty of £150.00 for non-compliance)
    - If the property has been found to be in need of a deep clean after the guests departure the guest in question agrees to pay £100.00 to cover labour and additional cleaning
    - Mandatory signing into the property via an external check-in form; failure to comply will result in cancellation of stay.
    - We please ask all guests to respect our neighbours. Quiet hours operate from 11pm to 8am.
    - Guests must manage waste as per the property manual, with a potential fee for non-compliance.

    d. Disclaimer for Unauthorised Changes: Any unauthorised early check-ins or late check-outs will incur a penalty fee of £50 per additional hour overstayed. A late check-out may also lead to a relocation and/or cancellation fee if it results in a loss of income due to disruptions in subsequent bookings.
