“Prefect is you are looking for the quirk and charm of an old unique home. Grateful for modern A/C. Be aware of steep stairs to the suite and limited availability of walk sockets and overloading when certain appliances are used. We did not have an issue with appliances but did have to unplug lamps to charge or use devices. The location and charm of this building is unmatched. We slept incredibly well and were very very comfortable!”

“April 2026. Great little spot for two. Super clean! King bed was soft, but comfortable. Super cool AC. Ceiling fans. Well-equipped kitchen. Plenty of hot water. Fabulous location. 1/2 block from southern perimeter of Forsyth Park. Great restaurants within 2 or 3 blocks. Coffee shops galore. Listing pics are accurate. Included parking spot was a real bonus!
