I called ahead to cancel the first day of my 11 day stay in Savannah, GA. I drove all the way to Savannah, from Alaska. I ran behind one day and they had NO flexiblity with rescheduling. It would have been marked as a no-show. I did get full refund of course!!! But it left me scrambling for another hotel that day while I was driving 12 hours... Expedia than booked another hotel for the 4-14, Which when I arrived. They were completely booked. Moving forward I will not use a third party app for my hotel stays. It caused unnecessary stress and wasted time.

This is an extended stay hotel so naturally it doesn’t have all the frills. It was very clean and everyone was super friendly and helpful. The area is great.

The lady that checked me in was very nice and tried to be accommodating but, when we arrived, the room wasn’t ready, it smelled like cigarettes in a non smoking room, the bathroom sink was clogged and there was a few roaches in the bathroom and kitchen area.

It was a shock that I found dead roaches, hair all over the tub and having to carry used towels and wash cloths to receive clean ones. I loss a diamond wedding band in the room and as of today , no one has found it.

I was in for a one night stay. Check-in was fine until I was told that what is advertised as a $50 pet deposit is actually a fee. Then there is a $5 fee...? I'll be contesting that. The room was clearly not cleaned. There was dirty silverware and food crumbs in a drawer, hair on the toilet and cup rings on multiple surfaces. The only thing that was acceptable were the bed linens and towels. Also, U do understand that this is a long-stay facility, but no ice machines?? And be prepared for the free internet to only cover one device. STAY AWAY

Emily,We appreciate your comment, however weed is becoming legalized in more and more places. Our hotel policy is one of a smoke free environment. Guests are not allowed to smoke in the building, accommodations, fitness studio, or lobby. What a person does off the hotel property in public spaces is not something we can control. Odors associated with the activity is also something we highly discourage but are unable to do much about. If you experience something happening during your stay at the hotel. Please inform a member of our staff so we can correct it immediately. Again, thank you for taking the time to share you experience. We do look forward to being your home away from home again.

I was unaware that this was not a regular hotel. I extremely loved the kitchenette. I liked the laminate floors. The lampshade was very dirty, around the bottom corner of the fridge was dirty. Around the frame of the bathroom door was dirty, it may have been rust, I’m not sure. There wasn’t 24hour desk service. I couldn’t check in an hour early, I had to wait additional time to check in after my drive in. There was no iron, ironing board or blow dryer in the rooms. Overall, it was okay, centrally located but needed to be more clean. If I had to stay there again, I would prefer to check the room ahead of time.

Our hotel and the service we offer to a guest is a different experience to a more traditional hotel. We are designed for long term stay and have very few guests that stay one to two days normally. We are designed for long term stays in which most guests will bring their own items with them. We do offer items that can be purchased or borrowed from the hotel for use during normal business hours of operation. We do offer tours of the facility. Unfortunately, do to our late check out time and cleaning standard we are unable to offer early check-ins. Again, thank you for taking the time and choosing to stay with us.

The nastiest hotel bathroom ive ever stayed in!!
This place was so disgusting! We reserved two rooms, both rooms were not clean! One room had pee all over the toilet, two cockroaches and the other room smelled like bleach while the bathroom had not even been cleaned from prior guests. We had the slowest check in and absolutely no help with our dirty rooms. Nothing was done. They never offered to move us, refund or anything. They simply said they would let someone know, which obviously didn't happen! Also I keep trying to upload photos but the website won't let me....shocker. i tried talking to a virtual agent to get refunds but again magically got disconnected!

When we arrived the facility was very clean however, in the middle of there was a grinding noise (sounding like welding). Later we determined it was the toilet pump. There was no maintenance on the facility to fix it. It was a good thing we checked out that morning.

This is the most basic room we have ever had, small items like coffee maker or hairdryer not in the rooms. We went to leave one morning to get something to eat and there was urine on the wall in the front office. However, if you like the smell of marijuana smoke everywhere, you may enjoy this place.

Its not how it looks in the picture. The doors to enter the building were not working. Got stuck outside for a half an hour the first night. We called the front desk no answer. I called left a message no answer. Are bathroom toilet would stay running. It had over flood water twice from that. The floors were not swept properly. The wifi wasn't working good. Also only one person in the room can use the wifi. Unless you pay for it for the other person to use. Our door was hard to open when we entered and left the room. The bathroom door would not stay closed. And it would make aloud sound when opening and closing it. The remote control wouldn't work properly as well.

The place advertised a pool but didnt have one. Also it was a non smoking hotel.which was a major reason on my choice. The hallways and room stunk of cigarettes and pot. Room eminentlies were very low quality but comfortable. Staff was hard to find and desk was unattended most of the time

A little rough, not a relaxing vacation hotel
The location was good, however it did seem a bit misleading as it essentially was a construction worker boarding house. Nothing wrong with this but the condition of the rooms and the common areas were not your typical "comfortable and welcoming" hotel. This was good for our quick one-night stay to quickly move on with our trip the next morning, but it is not a hotel to go to and expect a relaxing and quiet vacation environment.

When I arrived the welcome service great and friendly. Room was clean. But though it’s a nonsmking area, the smell of weed penetrated the hallways and sketchy ppl hanging in front and back of property. You only can have one device connected to your room for wifi, and yet I was charged. The person at checkout said they were going to contact the company for a refund and til this day I have not heard anything back nor do I see a credit on my card either, it’s been two weeks.

We would like to thank you for your review and feedback. Although your stay did not go as expected, we do appreciate all of our guest's feedback which will be used to better our operations in the future. We are a non smoking facility and while there are some guests who may try not to abide by our rules, we do charge a smoking fee if it is determined a guest has violated our policy. There is also an upgrade option available to purchase for all guests that provides upgraded internet access if you are in need of something more than the basic service. Once again thanks for your feedback.

The room was dirty. The tub was nasty ( needs to be replaced) the shower was not properly secured in the wall, behind the toilet was dirty, the counter in the bathroom wasn’t cleaned, the microwave was dirty. The bed was terrible ( it was a full side roller way bed 🛌 sitting up extremely high on iron). I took pictures of the room. I will never recommend any one to stay there. The hallways was smelled like wet animals and weed. I’ve never been so disappointed ( especially for the amount of money that’s charged).

A place to avoid at all cost even in an emergency
Entering the hotel it had a horrible smell of marijuana rotten food in a refrigerator and the stench was all through the entire hotel all the way to the 4th floor it got worse through the night as I was at work the room would smell even harsher they put in new floors while I was there in the Halls before they were even put down there was beer and food spilled all over them when I came home from work there were two empty beer cans in the elevator with a mcdonald's wrapper and a half eaten cheeseburger this is how the entire hotel was the front counter staff that I encountered was very unaware of what her job was and how to treat people I would never stay at this place again and I would recommend that anyone that is thinking of staying here just go by and smell it you don't even have to go inside you can smell it from the front door
